“Dr Callen is Awesome
Very up-front he knew what was going on with my Dog. As a person Dr. Callen is a one of a kind. They broke the mold when they made him. His Heart is Pure.
He is a True Blessing, He Cares.
I wish I had been told about him years ago, then maybe "My Pup" would be better.

The vets are thorough and take time to listen to my concerns & answer questions. The front desk staff is helpful & friendly every time we come in. I’m very grateful that they were able to fit Gemma in on two occasions when she had emergencies. The techs are really patient & so good with her that her anxiety has really decreased over time (esp. when getting her nails trimmed!). I really appreciate all the people there & their good work!”

“I used Dr Dearing years ago for soft palette surgery on my French Bulldog. He did an excellent job and it was priced way below other vets doing the same procedure in the metroplex. If the clinic has not been bought by a corporation, I would completely recommend their professional services!! Everyone needs a good pet for personal mental health these days, but unfortunately, not everyone can afford the medical care due to rising costs. Check 'em out”

“I took a kitten to get checked out here because it was missing some hair and needed some medicine.
I had a couple of the medicated items already but Dr. Parker was able to give me some ointment for his eyes that has to be applied BEFORE bathing that he needed and now he is on the road back to health. I gave him a bath and he is already feeling so much better.

“At first I took my fur baby Lucky in to Judge Ely cause another vet service refused to allow me in with my baby “due to the bs covid” since then the staff at Judge Ely has made my baby a lot better took a little bit of time cause fur babies can’t tell us what is wrong ( unfortunately ) but due to their caring and devotion to keep trying to figure out what is going on and not giving up Lucky is doing a whole lot better. I thought Lucky was dying but the staff at Judge Ely didn’t give up. I will always go to them and highly recommend them.They may be busy as all get out and don’t have time at that moment but if your willing to leave the fur baby they will see them when they get a free moment and will call you with a update. They are great.”

“They were very nice people and quickly waited on very late at night. I had a dog that had a allergic reaction and had medicated her to start with. That was before I left Eastland to go to Abilene at the emergency veterinarians clinic. Once there she was examined and the doctor said he could give a steroid shot but that was all that we could do and wait to see how well that works. So they said keep an eye on her go back home and let the medicine work. If it didn't work come back and see them. I say All that, to say, they actually sent me home with no charge. The physician's assistant is doing it looked at my dog. She didn't transferred the information to the doctor so I didn't actually have a true examination from the doctor. So she said there was no charge because of that! I've never had something like that before! That's awesome! Very very nice people! If I have any emergencies ever again I will be going back. Thanks for your loving care guys.”
“His bed side manner may be unpleasant for some but he saved my squirrels life. Without over charging. He educated me in the nicest possible way he could and I am grateful for him!!!!! He is the only vet within a 50 mile radius that tends to such sweet creatures as my squirrels. I am so very thankful for him!!!!”

“I called Chimney Rock Veterinary Clinic to schedule an at home euthanasia for my senior border collie. The staff member I spoke to was helpful and compassionate. Dr. Ratcliffe was on time and equally as compassionate. Being able to say goodbye in the place my dog and I were most comfortable made a world of difference. Everything went as smoothly as possible. He wasn’t in a hurry and handled transporting her for cremation which I really appreciated. When I decide to get a new dog this will be the veterinary office that I take them to.”
