The staff were very courteous and helpful with all my needs! They answered all my questions promptly and efficiently and listened to what I needed, and helped me find just what I wanted. This place a joke I was going to trade my car in they only were given me $200 for it just because it has miles but it runs good and it's a gas saver give me a break at least $2000, but when you try to buy a car from any dealership they price them cars high and say miles don't matter I'm confused with y'all sells men

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They sold me a broken truck, lied about its condition, and once it started having problems (literally on my first day of ownership!) they ghosted me. These guys are the definition of used car salesmen and are the reason why the industry as a whole has a bad reputation. I pray they make this right but I know they never will. RIP to my hard earned money that I spent here.

WARNING - This place sold me a truck with a broken fuel pump. Literally the first day of ownership I started having problems. Eric and his manager will straight up ignore you if there is any problems with the $40,000 vehicle that you just buy from them. I wish I could give zero stars. If you value good people who make good deals and not your typical used car sales experience then shop else where! I wish I could camp out at their entrance for the next month and warn people as they come in. DON’T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE THEY ARE DOING TO ME! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We drove from San Angelo on a Saturday morning to look at a vehicle, Eric greeted us as soon as we got there. He was friendly and there was absolutely NO PRESSURE, like none from him to buy the vehicle. We test drove came back had a small concern about the vehicle. He offered to get it repaired Monday and deliver it to us 90 miles away. They kept up their end of the deal and I'm super pleased! I've bought many vehicles from new car dealerships and used vehicle lots and Vincent Motors was the best by FAR. Paper work was seamless and quick. Totally recommend!!

I just recently bought my jeep from Vincent Motors. This was our first vehicle to be purchased there. They made it extremely easy and probably the quickest it has ever taken to purchase a vehicle. Eric was awesome!! He wasn't pushy and could answer all of the questions we had! We will definitely be going back again!

Stephen and Eric are wonderful! We looked at a car on a Tuesday evening, they sent it off for special request detailing on Wednesday, the next business day they were ready for us to do final checks and negotiate a better deal with zero attitude - bought the car that day and have been extremely happy with their kindness, quickness to deliver on promises, and willingness to negotiate a great price!
