Took me a few days to write this.
So, The dr office that had my prescription records had closed down. I needed new glasses an was getting pretty aggravated that I couldn't get my prescription.
I was told to call the office in San Angelo an they didn't have my records an were outright bieng pretty rude.
However in my frustration the Manager of Vision works an her amazing team put all that aside made personal phone calls to thier bosses an were able to get me taken care of.
They went OUT OF THIER WAY! To care about me.
I LOVE THESE FOLKS! THEY ARE AMAZING!

The non-latina tech there is a passive aggressive bully & judgmental. The last time i went in there she made fun of my cloths & everything else. I will never use them again. I would not recommend anyone go there until she is fired.
