The shift lead Christi sold me tabaco that was damaged and unusable (cigarillos that were destroyed from poor product management). I asked if there was any recourse available for me to rectify the issue and I was informed that it was illegal and there was nothing I could do. There is a gas station right across the street, to there.

Been disappointed in the service from the pharmacy here multiple times... well this week I had a prescription for progesterone due to being pregnant with and ivf cycle baby. Last I heard the medication was being ordered 2 days ago. I check this evening and the prescription has been canceled by the pharmacy. When I called to check on it to find out why, I was hung up on. I then called back and was told they canceled it because the insurance doesn't cover. Instead of communicating that they were canceling this medication which I need to maintain my pregnancy and not have a miscarriage they just decided I didn't need it without communicating with me. I'm out of my medication tonight and need it for tomorrow. Had someone actually called and informed me that my medication wasn't covered i could've had it sent to a specialty pharmacy which is cheaper and had it filled. The specialty pharmacy is now closed for the weekend so I'll be 4 days minimum without my medication risking a MISCARRIAGE on a 30k+ pregnancy because lack of communication from this so called pharmacy. How is this even acceptable? Being a pharmacist they should understand the importance of people having their medication and communicating with their clients. Needless to say, I'll be changing pharmacy's completely. They don't deserve people's business with their carelessness.

We went to get our COVID and flu shots at this Walgreens on 09/06/24. Amaya waited on us. She is so great! We are elderly and she was so patient with us. She was very calm and efficient putting in our information, all with a smile on her face! The pharmacist who gave us was also friendly and efficient. Will go there for all our shots!

Went in to buy some things I needed on 20 July 2024 at 11:10 am, the male at the register was not helpful in any kind of way. He said my number wasn’t popping up and didn’t offer to help figure out the problem. I left this location and went to the Walgreens on north 10th and Judge Ely and the young lady at the register helped. ( I recommend the Walgreens on Judge Ely). I typed my number in and she said the acct popped right up. I called to find out the guys name at the register so I could file a complaint and the manager Kimberly didn’t want to help either. She said she didn’t know who was working.

As I was leaving the pharmacy, I heard an employee in the photo center yell “moron the door is broke”. So unprofessional and uncalled for. This is one of the reasons I try to order my scripts from online pharmacy. This place is absolutely terrible.

Called them today regarding a
rx for a patient. The male pharmacist was very rude and extremely unprofessional. I absolutely despise having to call this location.

Today, while checking out, the manager was called upfront to help an older lady. The manager kept speaking to the woman in a condescending tone.She kept saying “I’m just trying to help you understand. “She said some other things that made me embarrassed for this customer.This is a picture I took of the manager. It’s not a good picture, but I was trying to video, and I was unable to get it due to how busy the line was.

DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICINE HERE!!!! You would think being right down from the er that they would be fast but NO! Went to the er and i have been in severe pain for days waiting on them to fill my medicine

I am AD Military and got a notification that my prescription was ready to be picked up but needed to update my insurance. I tried calling and was put in a queue for about 40 mins. The phone proceeds to ring and nobody picks up and the call drops. So I decided to drive up to the store and I guess the numbers were entered in wrong and once it was fixed she told me that my prescription was not touched and that I would have to wait 30 mins - 1 hr to get my prescription. Firstly, that almost 2 hrs I’ve been wasting my time waiting on a prescription that shouldn’t be that hard to get. Secondly, why message me saying my prescription is ready to pick up if it isn’t, which I knew there was going to be some sort of issue but after waiting on the phone for 40 mins for the phone to ring and I be ignored, I did not think calling again would do any good. Third, I don’t think I’m entitled because I’m military but as an Active Duty member my insurance is supposed to cover all meds at Walgreens and the last time I picked something up from there I was charged even though I told them it should be covered and explained the situation. I didn’t argue as they basically told me it is what it is and just paid, how did it take them this long to realize they entered my information wrong? I wish there was more Walgreens in the area because I would go somewhere else but sadly there isn’t much to choose from in this area so I’m stuck. Don’t recommend if you are passing through though if that helps.
