If I didn't know better I think the people who work there are on dope. Last night the employees were just walking around like there wasn't any customers in the store. People waited an hour for food. It's so ridiculous and I've never seen anything like it. I don't go to Wendy's very often but I will NEVER go back. This restaurant needs to close forever.

An hour in the drive thru and nothing but attitude and cursing from the lady in the window. When is the owners going to do something about this store??? Lobby open later, more people, I dont know. Anyone that reads this, don't pull forward from the window if your at the drive thru at night. They ask so it resets the drive thru timer and they don't get it trouble. Maybe if they're drive thru times go through the roof they'll do something about it

Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told our mobile order was ready and sitting on a shelf since we arrived. Food was ice cold after. Only 2 people in line but cared about the door dash orders instead of the line. Multiple door dash people came in and jumped to first in line. Very rude manager and staff. Completely ignored and when it was finally ready they just threw it on the counter and walked away.

We made a mobile order only to be told at the window that half of our order was unavailable. We received a partial refund and were told to pull forward for the rest of our order. After waiting for twenty minutes, we went inside to just receive a full refund. The person at the counter told us that we’d have to get our refund through the drive thru. There were about 15 cars in the drive thru. After it was our turn, we were told that the refund had to be issued through the app, since it was a mobile order. There’s no option on the app for a refund. Save your time and sanity, these folks they’ve hired at this particular location don’t know how to do anything. They’re entirely helpless.

I don’t think there is a Wendy’s in the world ran more poorly than this one. This location is always out of something, staff are rude, and it’s always so slow. Would eat both my hands before returning.

Waited 5 min for someone to attend the register, then expiditer missed 1 burger and 2 separate 10 piece nuggets. Mistake found after arrived home.Shame on the franchise always check this stores work!

Waited forever in line just for the cashier lady to completely ignore my existence. The man in front of me was fed up and just walked out since the cashier never came to help us. Ended up doing a mobile order just so I could get what I came for in a timely manner. They need to train their employees better or hire someone else. Ridiculous doubt highly I'll come back. Do better

This WAS a good fast food place in abilene, but after dealing with an employee not only getting my order wrong after saying the specifics more than 2 times the employee walked off literally not even joking in the middle of me making an order and I repeated myself AGAIN and it was still wrong. When asking about getting it made right the female manager was very rude. My personal business will not be brought back to this specific establishment.
