I want to acknowledge the employees at this location. I have been a customer for 5 years and they have to be the nicest, easy going people I've ever met. Rather in person or on the phone, every single time with out fail they have gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Lars is the best as well. He is a total asset to this company. Someone could only wish to work with this group of people. 5 stars for sure!!!

Hello my name is William and today I was at y'all's store and had dropped my card in y'all's parking lot, someone had picked it up and drove off with it. I came back and asked about it and y'all did everything in y'all's power to retrieve my card back from the ppl that took off with it. I just wanted to thank y'all so much for the hard work today. I really wasn't expecting to get it back after hearing someone had took it and somehow y'all figured out a way to get it back. I thank the person who helped me was Lars. Who ever hired him made a great choice.

I give this location a 5 Star rating because I have used this pawn shop and specific location for many many years and to this day I still have never had any negative experiences. The customer service is BOMB and they actually do their best to get you want you ask for or close too. Even with 5 mins before their closing time; they will still allow you in the door most times and be happy to do so. Keep up the awesome work

This is the best pawn shop in this town. Lars is an amazing manager and everyone I deal with is always so kind, the prices are fair and they give you a good amount for your items. Everytime I go in Bekah is a treat to deal with and she makes everything go so smoothly. This is by far the best pawn shop experience I've ever had.
