I walked into WBP#4 to sell a laptop. Amy, who works at the store, helped me out and was very nice and friendly and offered me a higher price than I expected. I bought an iMac from will bills pawn shop on Saturday June 29,2024. I took it home and set it up and the next day the computer was randomly shutting down and restarting. When it would turn back on it said it sent a report to apple about the shut down. I took it to Best Buy to have them work on the problem and they told me my Best Buy was to return it. So I did and I was told they could do nothing for me even though it was well with in the 14 day return policy. DO NOT EVER BUY ELECTRONICS from this store. I ask two different store associates if they had a warranty and was told I would be able to return it with in 3
days for a full cash refund or 14 days for a store credit if it failed to operate. Long story short I wasted $811 for an iMac that doesn’t work properly. My suggestion is save your money and buy your electronics new or refurbished directly from your preferred retailer.

I went to wild bills pawn shop and Corissa was the sweetest ever!!!! Her customer service was amazing! The staff made me feel relaxed and answers my billions of questions! I will be back for sure!
