This place is horrible they have absolutely no concern for your pet it's a race to see how much money they can get out of you. Please beware of Dr Williams she will charge you for unnecessary costs and Dr Lewis is well aware of her Shady business practices. Please take your babies somewhere else.

Excellent pet care! Dr. Lewis, along with Drs. Williams and Parker are among the very best!

I have been taking my fur babies to Key City for about 20 years now. They have always been great with them! Everyone is very kind and gentle with all my cats and dogs. I had gotten a puppy from a friend about 8 years ago and found out I he had parvo. Key City brought him back to health and he's still ull with me to this day!

I went to Key City Vet because I was told Dr Williams is particularly good with cats. That is as may be, but her human interaction skills are wildly lacking. The decision to trust Key City will be one I regret for the rest of my life. I went to Dr Williams with my aged cat Jenny. I adopt older cats because they usually have a harder time finding homes. Unfortunately, this means they pass away a lot quicker. I am no stranger to euthanasia. I had already lost one cat 3 weeks prior to bringing Jenny to Dr Williams. Each loss rips my heart out. When it was decided that Jenny needed euthanasia, I questioned why they would take her away from me as I have been present with all my cats at their final moments. It is the worst possible thing in my experience, but it is what I consider a solemn duty: to be with them as they leave this world. Her demeanor immediately changed and she snapped at me: she would take Jenny away because she would be performing intracardiac injection euthanasia on her and "most people don't want to see that." I was bewildered. It is at this moment I should have taken Jenny and gone to someone who would have shown me some compassion - ANY compassion - in a situation that was agonizing to me. Dr Williams could have calmly and gently explained to me that "heart stick" - when performed on a deeply sedated or comatose animal - is not the barbaric, inhumane process I might be imagining. But no, her choice to snap at me made me immediately fear what was about to happen. I requested they attempt to establish a catheter to try to administer the fatal medication through a vein. I only requested this because it is what I was familiar with. Throughout the course of what was easily the worst thing that has happened to me in recent memory, Dr Williams continued to be snide, rude, sarcastic and abrupt. Though my husband and I had four wonderful years with Jenny, when I try to remember the good times now... all I can remember is the doctor being hateful to me that last horrible day. Please, absolutely proceed with seeing Key City for routine care, but if you are facing the impending heartbreak of euthanasia for your beloved pet: think about what happened to my sweet Jenny and myself. I would not wish my experience on my worst enemy.
