Went with my sister for a try-on appointment and the lady was very patient and showed us all the options and variations of what she had in store as well as gave us sampling options and ordering instructions. Made a large thing seem like a simple and effortless task. We all had fun, and my sister felt relieved and more confident in her options.”

“I like this place for people under 30. (My opinion). I was in line on black Friday buying a shirt for my son's girlfriend. At the counter behind the checkout stand is an area where they keep the perfumes. I tested 1 and actually fell in love with it, I could smell it for the rest of the night. It was 12.00 then but I went back and bought for 15.00. It's my go to for everyday use like the gym or errands. I always spray something everyday wether it's body spray to perfume. I give this perfume 5 stars. Love the smell!”

“I Love ROSS!! My only complaint is the lack of selection for sizes large and up. I feel as though they could have a better more diverse selection for plus sizes. There is a minimal selection of size large and extra large in women's clothes. But I still give Ross five stars because the store is awesome and the prices are very reasonable.”

“I shopped in the jewelry dept in Abilene, TX on 6/14/23. I was searching for a necklace for my mom so she can place the pendant that holds my sister’s ashes on a sturdy, pretty necklace. We were helped by Joe Welsh. He was super helpful and friendly in allowing mom to try on the jewelry and informing us of the deals JC Penney had, helped me get a new JCP Credit card because my old one had turned off due to inactivity. I was so pleased and excited about the purchase and customer service that i had forgotten my temporary credit card at the counter! I took my mom to her dr appt then we went back to shop! :) I didn’t even realize that I didn’t have my temporary CC. Joe saw me at checkout, approached me and asked my name before handing over the temporary Credit card. I appreciate that he was cautious in this & honest! My entire interaction with Joe Welsh was pleasant and appreciated! I was wanting to leave a review but realized my access code for survey was only valid for 10 days :( . I have been so busy working 12 hr shifts as an RN in the ER and finally have a day off now to catch up on things.God Bless JCP for hiring good, helpful, honest employees & God Bless Joe Welsh!”

“Good selection, staff is helpful. Cashier did not apply the sales price of my shirts at checkout, so if something is on sale be sure and bring it to their attention. I could have saved $20 if I’d been paying attention.”
“Cute finds and lots of variety! I haven’t sold anything here yet, but maybe one day. Staff is supremely helpful and kind, which makes browsing even better. Ps no refunds on shoes, double check the shoes. Also the shoes are in order by style from heels to boots to men’s (sizes mixed in).”
