Customer service was kind on the phone. They came out and filled our tank quickly. We hadn’t owned a propane heated home before and they got to us same day right before the freeze when we finally figured out how to read the tank and it was low. We have a toddler and were terrified we wouldn’t get it filled in time. Thank you!!

I needed a new shut off valve on my tank. Instead of doing the job I asked for, he replaced everything on the tank wich I didn't ask for. Then i needed to refill the tank after. So i got a $400 bill plus another $200+ to get some propane. I didnt know that his repair was leaking my propane out. So I called back to get him to repair it. He told me it wasnt the correct part that was installed. I told him you replaced it after I told you not to. So he tightened it down, didnt bother to replace the propane that had leaked out, then tried to sell me the part that was supposed to be installed, wich was the part I had on before. So I hot ripped off on the repair, then had to pay for more propane that leaked out because of him. So unprofessional and just another way to rip a customer that has been a with them for over 2 years. I very unsatisfied with their service and would appreciate a follow up on my complaint because I'm ready to look for someone else that will test me fairly and professional. If this isnt followed up on, I will call a corporate number to complain about the Abilene office.

I called today needing propane, which I did get at a good time, but the lady in the office was so frantic it made me hesitant to get service from them. I realize that when you get overwhelmed with customers it's hard to keep your composure but it can also make you lose customers when you act in a unprofessional way. The actual technician was very courteous so I will continue to use this company but I still do not appreciate the way I was treated by this lady in the office.

I have been their customer for over 30 years. They have been more then professional, and extremely courteous in every department I have dealt with, whether it be in person, over the phone, or by mail. I have been very pleased with their service. I have recommended them to many, and will continue to do so.

Bought a 100 pound propane tank from them today and they didn't help load it. Just told me to take it with me to the fill station. The fill station guy was very helpful.

Great common sense customer service! Attendant met me at the filling station before I could get the tanks out of the truck. Very easy access for any sized vehicle (a semi would not be an issue). Pricing based on size and number of tanks filled, not per pound, so you know what you are going to pay before they start. Highly recommend. See you again soon.

Been using them for about 15yrs. Nothing but the best service from the ladies in the office, Carl in the shop and Alan delivering. Very highly reccomend them and do often. Just left there getting parts. They have parts, fill bottles, fill tanks at house, everything propane Carl knows it all.

The manger on call this weekend has made WTG Fuels lose our business! Needing some emergency fuel ran out to the house because we ran out (yes I should have kept an eye on it but stuff happens) and it is going to be freezing tonight plus we have small children. The manger on call would not come out said we can wait till Monday. C4 Fueling will be our new propane provider because they went about and beyond to get us fuel this afternoon!
