Brenda was very rude. She came out to our vehicle and raised her voice at us saying we had to get regular unleaded because that’s what we paid for, we simply asked her if she could help us because the fuel was not pumping and we did pay for it. She very well could have misheard what was said at the counter but there is no excuse for raising your voice at a customer. I was shocked that Brenda raised her voice at me over a simple request so I said “you’re being rude I just wanted to know why the pump is not working” and she stormed off and said she was not being rude. Before going back inside Brenda yelled “Justin I need you to deal with this customer I can’t handle this” Justin was very kind and helpful but Brenda was awful. I hope I never see her again. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.
