Amazing service and very good customer support. I needed a rental bed and they were able to give me the right information and help me through the whole process. Staff were friendly over the phone. I highly recommend.

Horrible. Preferred home care contracted this company to deliver a hoyer lift for my child and they didn’t even call me with a time frame! Instead they call me to say they are down the street and need someone to sign off for it! So UNPROFESSIONAL!! As a delivery driver they should call ahead at least a hour ahead to let the customer know they are on the way!! Now I have to wait for someone else to come out to help hook it up and show me how to use it! I was unprepared for the delivery so I couldn’t let the driver in my house! Had I had PROPER notice I would’ve had everything situated for the delivery. I wish I can call to complain to his boss! He didn’t even care no apology no nothing! He needs to take a customer service course or something!!

My husband was in dire need of a wheelchair rental last Saturday. We called and their voicemail said they were open until 1pm. We got there at noon to find the lights out and the doors locked with no note or explanation. If you have a disability it's a big deal to get in the car on crutches and go somewhere. This place really let us down. Had to race to another rental place to get in by 1pm for a rental. Thank God for the other rental place.

Rented a lift chair for my wife recovering from abdominal surgery. The first chair was not working properly, so we contacted customer service, who not only offered to refund the chair rental but replace the unit with a newer unit. Being a business owner myself, we did not take the refund but gladly accepted the replacement option. The tech who showed was very nice and courteous to my wife, but sat in the chair himself to verify the smoothness.Excellent customer service is rare these days, and I greatly appreciate a company who values their customers. Highly recommended

Feb 2022 this place was recommended to me Recovery home the name eludes me at the moment but they share on their ig if you need a recliner after plastic go here. I call to inquire and then stopped in to check the chairs. I initially skipped the $50delivery fee I was trying to reduce my cost. When it was time to pick up the my husband was being lazy and said it it delivered. My surgery was today Feb 15. The staff worked with us to get the chair to me shortly after returning home from my surgery. Great customer service, patience and considerate. My chair arrived an hour after we got home Gabriel was professional, courteous and respectful he brought the chair(2 larger pieces) up 18 stairs twice, set up and tested it. Why is this important I just got home from having major surgery in pain and Gab could since the urgency to have this recliner for better position for me to recover. Recognize your employees for doing their jobs exceedingly well and representing your brand. I've even shared about this in the Facebook plastic surgery dolls page this is where mostly women go to share, ask questions share experiences about there surgeries. I hope someone as professional as Gab picks up the chair when I'm done, I'll update the stars once the chair is picked ip and my bill is closed off. Thanks

This medical supply store has a worker who really doesn't want to wear a mask, when though the store serves medically fragile people After asking her to mask a few times, she finally masked up. I had called ahead of time to verify that certain reclining chairs were available for testing. After arriving, I found out that chairs were not available

Absolutely the BEST❣️?I had scooters for 30 years.Some from Medicare, some bought used, a few new.A to Z has Always been helpful, thorough, and gone out of their way to help me.As soon as I can get another scooter, I will go back to them❣️

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are wonderful! Easy to work with and very polite and friendly. We needed to rent a medical bed when my mother broke her shoulder. They were quick and the guy setting up the bed was great! Explained in detail how to use the bed and was very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in need. We live in Forney so they pretty much service any area.

I needed to buy a footrest for my father that has broken leg. We needed it ASAP for he needed it to travel. Did a quick search and found this place. The service was sincere and professional. When I asked for the part they were actually willing look in the back for any spare. That only deserved 5 stars from me.

I rented a medium lift chair from A to Z Medical Equipment for use after surgery. The cost for a month was very reasonable, delivered right on time, and looks and feels brand new. Slept in it last night and had the best sleep since before surgery!
