I have literally never written a review online in my entire life but could not help but come to let people know just this once. I would literally never EVER get insurance with Allstate in my life after my experience with the Aaron Augustine office. I was deliberately LIED to 3 different times by 3 different women from the same office concerning my insurance policy. BRENDA is an absolutely terrible Allstate representative as well as all the girls working below her. CELESTE said on numerous occasions she would call back immediately after checking on something only to never call once or communicate with me whatsoever. ALLSTATE did not reach out to me a single time concerning any issues and I HAD to initiate every single interaction to get any answers. I was charged a whole day of insurance on a policy that was cancelled before it ever began because it was sold misrepresented and under false pretenses which the leading agent admitted to happening. There is zero accountability in this office and ZERO COMMUNICATION. Everyone ACTS NICE just to stab you in the back when you are not looking. They are completely fake, and I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE recommend anyone to deal with this office. They are constantly misrepresenting information, not communicating and avoiding you when there is an issue, and overall just horrible to deal with. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, afterwards I determined GEICO was cheaper anyways. And I am in no way associated with them, you could probably get even cheaper somewhere else. I just couldn’t believe after all that it was cheaper somewhere else anyway. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT USE THE AARON AUGUSTINE OFFICE.

Brenda Sleeman at the Augustine Agency is Great to work with!! Recently she reviewed my auto and home policy with me to find savings and to be sure I was covering the things that make the most sense for my life. She saved me several hundred dollars annually, tweaked my coverages to better fit my current circumstances and best of all, she spoke to me like a professional. She quickly assessed my knowledge level (I worked in financial services and life insurance operations) and kept her advice/info to what was useful. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and honest! Thank you!

FILED BBB REPORT ON 3/6/2005: At the end of January 2025, I submitted an online request to be contacted by an different insurance companies so that I could get a new quote for car, home and rental property insurance. Aaron Augustine Insurance Company called me, was pleasant, quick to set me up with a new bundle policy. I distinctly remember the agent (Kiana) asking me about the state of my personal property's roof. She asked what is the age on it and I replied that it is probably almost time for a new roof since it has been almost 19 years since the last roof repair. With my sharing that my roof was likely needing repair sometime soon, this is where the agent had an opportunity to share with me that in the event of an old roof, that Allstate will not take on a new client with an aged roof but instead the agent collected my credit card information, ran my card for $700+ dollars and had me to cancel my existing insurance company on Feb 7. Allstate then had an inspector come to my home, take VAGUE pictures (no clear markings to identify where the repair is needed) of my roof, sent me an email and told me to get the roof repaired or they will cancel my policy. I've had 2 roofing companies come by to give me a quote and both roofers are completely confused on whether or not they have to repair on 4-5 spots on the roof or replace the entire roof. I've called Allstate 3 times now. Instead of them calling me back, the same person who emailed me the vague pictures of the roof, emailed me again with no clear explanation of what work needs to be done. Now I have left my previous insurance company (back on Feb 7) who obviously will not pay for the roof repair and Allstate is canceling my policy due to the roof issues. I have no recourse and I'm now out of $700+ that I want refunded back from Aaron Augustine so that I can try to take my business back to my original insurance company to avoid any lapse in coverage.

Hello. My review goes to Erika G. Im not sure I can adequately explain how good Erika G was. I wish I could.
I told her I was going through something I had never been through before. She listen to me ask one dumb question after another while trying unsuccessfully not to embarass myself.
The best thing Erika does is listen, understand and then communicate. She told me what my options were. She left me voice mails, emails and texts updating me where we were 8n the process.
When Erika was unavailable temporarily. Stephanie took over seamlessly until Erika returned. The way they helped each other out was nice.
And then the amazing thing was when we were missing each other a lot one day, Erika waited an hour for me, after her day was over, to help me through a stretch. When's the last time that happened to you? Exactly.
The very next morning, there she is sending me all the e-paperwork. And then followed that up with a phone call to make sure everything was good.
Of course it was good!
I told you she's a good communicator.
Great job, Erika. Thank you. It meant so much.

Stephanie took less than 5 minutes to save me a couple hundred dollars on my car and homeowners policies today. What a gem! She was incredibly easy to talk to, kind, and also relatable. 10/10 stars

I had bad experience with Allstate before due to them keeping raising the fees/rate for no reason so I left and went with other companies. However, I decided to give them another shot Chris Glenn here in Addison was able to to find me a bundle that is definitely cheaper than anywhere else, given how expensive insurance rates have gone up in Texas lately. He was patient, polite and did his best to help me find the best quotes possible while other could not. Thank you Chris!

They must pay people to put positive reviews or something of the sort. This is the worst company I've ever been with. I was in an accident October of last year. I had to play phone tag for 2 weeks before I finally got an awnser. When I did, they havent even inspected my car yet! It took 5 months to get my car back for a simple T-bone! They then promised me they would go after the other car company that hit me because I had to uber to work for 5 months. Then after months of calling and digging said "Sorry we arent going to do anything about it." Then WHY tell me you would???! I was then promised my deductible back from my auto accident that WASNT my fault and here we are almost in september with no money in my account. I got my car back in FEBUARY. Please run, run, run as far as you can from this company. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. Its the biggest mistake. Oh, cherry on top. They raised my rates AGAIN.This company is a joke!

Not a single rep can explain what you're getting, policies or packages. They shove a plan and keep everything else under wraps. You can't get ahold of Aaron you get his other reps and can't get a single answer or a solution to a problem. Save your money go to Geico.. Or any other insurance for that matter.
