Just transferred to Acceptance (for second time) since first owning a vehicle. Came from using Allstate from 2/2022. The agent in question Robin who assisted me today was kind and courteous. Any/all questions I had she was able to answer. And the payment I was making was reduced from making the transition!! Five stars!!

Update: Robin is also professional and efficient! I called her needing to update my policy and she helped me without any issues. My bill actually lowered! I would recommend this office & crew every time.I really like Marcos' style! Professional, personable, and straight to business with grace and ease. Robin was amazing. She made my experience so wonderful. She went out of her was to assist me when a issue came up that was on my DL that wasn't mine. Robin at the Beltline location is AMAZING. I called and left s message requesting a copy of my insurance card and she promptly emailed me a copy. 4 days later I called in to make sure my auto-pay was activated and had the pleasure of hearing her professional yet very upbeat and friendly voice! ROBIN TAYLOR!Poor Robin patiently listened to my rant about a problem with my billing payment. Although she wasn't my initial agent, she identified the problem and actually went out of her way to rectify and resolve the situation within 15 minutes. Admittedly, I should've left the house earlier. But yet, there I was getting pulled over on Beltline. But if you stay ready you don't have to get ready and I was ready thanks to Robin. She found out my previous policy holder never renewed and had lapsed. She got me better coverage at a much lower price. Informative, professional, quick, efficient, and friendly but not that annoyingly overly friendly stuff. Hopefully, I won't go through this again but if I do I'm reaching out to Robin first.
