Purchased a truck from them about a year ago, and the engine and transmission already need to be replaced. Bondo started falling off of various parts of the vehicle revealing a damaged body, but in the carfax the only accident reported was to the front bumper stating minor damage. The multiple body shops I took it too came to the same opinion that it had been in a major wreck and not fixed well. Called them for about a week straight once all this came to light just to see if there was anything they could do to help. Always told someone would call me to talk and never talked to anyone except the man who answers the phones. Never contacted by anyone to follow up.
Either they dont test/check the cars before they sell them, or they dont care what kind of cars they sell. I dont know which, and I get things may have slipped past them when checking it out but to not even call back. I expect more from somewhere that sells cars.
