I had an urgent issue with my AC system, and Vlad, the HVAC technician, went above and beyond to help. He provided emergency instructions over the phone on how to maintain the system until he could arrive. The next day, Vlad came promptly, carefully inspected the system, and offered the best solution while also presenting a less expensive option that met my needs.
Vlad was quick, polite, and provided clear explanations along with further recommendations to prevent future issues. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and customer-focused service.

No need to explain the feeling when your AC is dead and its 105 outside :-) Frankly speaking, I was prepared to buy a new AC unit (which is way expensive). Vlad came on time and fixed the issue within half an hour. NO NEED to buy a new unit! That was a relief! Vlad is very professional! I highly recommend Vlad and the company. I am fully satisfied!!

Airmatics saved the day!!! Believe it or not, but the first time I spoke to them was less than 2 hours ago and the issue is already repaired (main line was clogged), after a very reputable HVAC company in DFW wasn’t able to diagnose it correctly and gave me an estimate of (ready?) more than $2800 over Airmatics! I own many properties and will never call another company, simply because there is no possibility that anyone can top the service I just received. They answered the phone immediately, William arrived within 30 minutes of my call, it took him another 30 minutes to finish the job and the price was also unbeatable! Thank you William and thank you Airmatics, my new HVAC company!
