The customer service here was great made appointment came in on the time of my appointment was told that I would need to wait three hours for my car had my seven month old baby girl with me and the gentleman was so nice they rushed me through Excellent work on my car and I only waited for two hours may be if that long. One of the best places I ever taken my car to get worked on and I will be back

Auto Pros worked with us and really helped out with a fast repair. We live out of town, and had purchased a car in Addison: When it had a minor problem, we brought it in as part of a trip to Dallas for a wedding.
With very little notice, Auto Pros understood the problem and worked with us to get it fixed that morning. A lot of places don't have that kind of customer service - thanks Auto Pros (and especially Roy and Chris)!

Getting my car inspected took less than 15 minutes! Parking in front was easy. Judging from the employee cars, these guys truly car people. I will go back for service on my car!

It’s my second year stopping in for my annual emissions test/vehicle inspection. The team at Auto Pros is friendly and quick! I’m in and out in 10 minutes. The waiting room is also very clean which is a huge plus!

I have been doing business with them for a long time but lately there price have gone through the roof. This happened twice their estimate were more then the dealer price. Don't get me wrong they are good people but now a day's everyone shops around for the best possible price. Thank you

My daughters car over heated and I'm 2 hours away, Chris was so helpful getting her in the same day, repaired and back to her. Cost was more than reasonable and knowing my kiddo was taken care of makes this momma happy! The communication and customer service was excellent and Chris reassuring me will be why we will return any time we need car repairs! Thank you again!
