My best to date experience with a body shop. I brought my BMW to fix two bumpers. The work was done within a week with daily updates on the repair status. DeMarcus Culp was my main point of contact at the body shop and he was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend this body shop to BMW owners are they are BMW certified and conveniently located.

You should know Scott is a great business owner and this is one of the rare collision business in Dallas that cares about their customers. They will be upfront in communication and take care of you till the end. I wish more success for AutoNation.

I went by this AutoNation Collision Center in Addison since we lived in the area. Best decision ever. Our car had significant bumper damage and we were given an estimate on cost and time that was very reasonable. They were able to get her car in quickly and took care of it in the time expected. The repair was perfect and there is no evidence of any previous damage. They were extremely friendly and accessible. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs body repair.

I’m goin to be completely honest, this place is a joke. I was in an accident two weeks ago, they still have my vehicle. They have yet to call my insurance and let them know it’s totaled out. I had to call them after a week to even get notified of the matter. I’ve been very patient but I need a new vehicle and these people are taking their sweet time with it. Paul Riggs is the gentleman I’ve been dealing with and this establishment hasn’t contacted me about anything. Communication is the key for everything and they lack it tremendously.

After two months (almost three), I have basically gotten the impression that unfortunately the full job wasn’t completed, as easy as it was to talk to the agents and have them take my rental back to Enterprise. I tried calling a few times and sent an email with no responses after my bumper was replaced, it felt like they didn’t hear my complaint about there being stuff left over to fix regarding the gap (damage that should be covered) and also some other stuff I made sure to point out before work started. The work was not satisfactory due to those things mentioned above, and although small, now my car will be stuck with a slightly bigger gap where there shouldn’t be one before, and some paint that was never fully taken care of; not to mention the license plate which I kindly asked if they could help as well with, and was told it’d be no issue but I had to fix myself once I received the vehicle, since I didn’t hear back at all after they had gotten their money. I would recommend going with a collision center you trust or one provided by your insurance, as there may be stuff that may not be completed and looks like AutoNation may just get the insurance money and move on.

Demarcus and the whole team at AutoNation Addison always take great care of me and my cars. The last repair was perfect, fast, and I couldn't tell where the repaired area was - looked brand new. I always go back. Great people.

This is the 2nd time in the past 6 months that I have used Autonation Collision Center in Addison to repair both my Mazda CX-9 and my BMW 750 Li. In both instances they did a fabulous job. The cars look as good as new and I couldn't be more pleased. Paul Riggs, my rep, kept me updated on the status of my repair and the cost of the collision repairs were very reasonable. I give them 5 stars+. for their quality of work and professionalism.

The team here Dan, Demarcus and Terry couldn’t be more helpful or expeditious. I felt so valued and well taken care of at an emotional and difficult time for me and my brand new vehicle. I would not hesitate to come to see these good people again l, let’s hope I don’t have to.

Advisor went above and beyond the call of duty to explain process, called for rental car to pick me up and even tried to speak with the other insurance company to authorize a rental car. Car ready when promised.

No complaints about the body work, but their mechanics expertise leaves a lot to be desired. While they had my car a few lights came on the dash which they attributed to faulty sensor cluster that had been damaged in a collision a year previously. However, it later turned out the collision had damaged the seals on my transmission. All those lights were transmission related faults. My belief in their misdiagnosis turned a $1000 repair into a $6000 replacement. So much for that Volkswagen Certification!
