I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a wonderful piece of machinery at Auto Park Dallas, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. Jay and Tristan were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process.
Jay took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me to the perfect vehicle that fit my budget and lifestyle. His expertise and genuine care made me feel confident in my decision. Tristan was equally amazing, showcasing their extensive knowledge about a wide array of exotic and sports vehicles. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
The entire team at Auto Park Dallas made my car buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left with a fantastic vehicle and a smile on my face! BUYER BEWARE!!
They will sell you a vehicle that has major issues and then lie about it. When you try to contact them to see if any issues can get resolved, they completely blow you off and say everything that is happening is your fault. I bought a vehicle with them and it didn't even make it home before it broke down on me. It spent the next week in and out of a repair shop just for the engine to blow up after getting over $2000 in repairs done. This was all within the first 2 weeks of ownership for this car. A new engine is close to $20k when all is said and done.
The sales people are extremely rude and pushy. They do not answer any kind of question you may have. If you do manage to get something from them, its a "you're SOL".
Being that this dealership has many luxury/super cars sitting in their show room, I would have expected more top notch service including being treated as an actual person instead of the blatant disrespect I experienced at every turn. I expected them to be knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling and the history of them. Especially with all the good reviews, I really thought I could not go wrong getting a fantastic car from them, but I was very very wrong.
I will never buy another vehicle with them or do any kind of business or recommendations. Please be wary when buying a vehicle and insist a trusted mechanic looks at it before you sign on that dotted line.

I recently bought a 2012 Corvette from AutoPark Dallas and am very satisfied with my car and the deal. After we signed papers, there was a problem with the clutch and the car ended up needing repairs. Jay and his manager were great and had my car repaired on their dime and shipped it to me for free. I couldn't ask for more than that and I will shop at Auto ParkDallas again.

I had been shopping around looking for a corvette to purchase so that my 2 sons could always go on our corvette trips if they wanted to. I happened across AUTOPARK DALLAS on Facebook one Saturday afternoon and saw a very eye catching one they were advertising. I immediately messaged to ask if still available and within minutes received a text and call from Jay. Not going to lie I was a little skeptical and nervous about buying a car over the internet that I had never seen in person. A couple days later I asked Jay if he could zoom or FaceTime and show me the car. Jay did a FaceTime call with me and a friend to show us the car. The purchase was very easy and they shipped the car right to my drive way!! Honestly the car is more than I really expected, especially not seeing or driving in person!! These guys did a great job and I’d recommend anyone to do business with them. I can definitely see more purchases from them in my future!! I’d post a picture but the car is a little dirty from the hurricane rains that was happening at delivery!

This showroom has a great selection of high-end sports, muscle, and exotic super cars. I really enjoyed my time looking for a new sports car, and did end up buying one from here - shout out to Johnny and Tristan. The whole team here was very inviting, welcoming, honest and definitely trustworthy. You’re definitely part of the family here. They’ll help you fix any problems you encounter down the road, or even minor dents and scratches hassle free, unlike some dealerships that’ll charge you for the smallest things. I’m always coming in for advice and consultation for my car, the whole team here is awesome. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to buy a used car!
