I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have rented here since 2017, and talked to the same two fellows, who have been there since 2017 and are great. This has been my go-to place, and I have never been disappointed.
I recently rented a midsize SUV, and they had a beautiful blue 2024 Nissan Rogue. They had many 2025 vehicles, too.
Their lot has many cars, and you can go by the night before and check their inventory. I felt like a kid in a candy store.

Place is a joke. As soon as I walked in they couldn't stop their personal conversation to help me. I paid in full for a vehicle and did the pre-checkin. I get there and told they won't accept my card but was already charged. Then a pamphlet was thrown at me and I was told to call them to get my money back. What a joke. I see what they have 3.8 stars. Way to treat your disabled vets fellas

If I can give them a negative 10 I would . I don’t even know how this business is still around . Shady rentals should be their name . These guys should be investigated for fraud . I will be submitting a complaint with the general . Consumer report , bbb and cfbp . Anytime you have any problem with them . Report them with cfbp. It’s a government agency that forces cooperate to comply and invetige . Check your statement for duplicate chargers . Also if you have a charge for $250. They gonna add an extra $100 and day it’s fees. I ain’t say much . I’ll let you have your own experience. But I do recommend knowing you will lose more than you get dealing them them

No customer service asked them to grab my garage door opener and they didn't then they said they would call to ask next driver they didn't shit carts aka Chevy bolt i highly suggest staying away from that pos you'll spend 2hrs a day charging the thing. Place is terrible.

This some worse customer service experience I ever received. My cc & debit card both have pending charging for same transaction. Instead trying give my opportunity to explain myself manager want me to only listen. This guy should never be leadership role. I am going get through this rental experience but never use this location again. This was my experience I can only speak for myself. Customer is horrible !!

Horrible customer service! I rented a vehicle at 4:30 yesterday and tried to call the store 3 times to confirm. Someone was answering and then hanging up without saying anything. Then this morning I receive a phone call that they don't have the vehicle and tried to claim I didn't make the reservation until 5:30, after they ordered all their vehicles today. William and the manager were both incredibly rude, told me I could call around myself to find a comparable vehicle and William hung up on. The manager kept interrupting me and told me that William hanging up on me was necessary because they needed to open the store this morning. DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION AND AVOID THE COMPANY ID POSSIBLE!

Having had a run of subpar experiences at Avis of late (notably at LAX) this location was a breath of fresh air. Upgraded vehicle that was ready on time & well prepared. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Will use again if in the area.

Scammers, rented from them through Uber program and they have the slowest. And I do mean slowest charging electric vehicles on the market. They take anywhere from 55 min -1 1/2 to charge. 8+ for slow charge. Which is more time off the road. You’ll pay subtñstabtial amount weekly which keeps you on the road longer. I could continue my rant but that would be personal problems. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, literally.

Horrible customer service. Employee yelled at me, and wouldn’t even let me speak and gaslit me through the entire conversation. Completely disrespectful and that employee should not have a job that deals with customers! They also never answer the phone and if they do answer they immediately put you on hold until the automated system kicks you off the phone call. This location also refuses to give me the name of the employee who treated me so horribly so I can file a formal complaint. Don’t rent here.
After further investigation, it was Eric the OWNER of this location who treated me so horribly. You make way too much money off of me ERIC to treat me this way you should be ASHAMED of yourself and your behavior. Learn how to run a business better. That’s why your score on here is 3.9 and not even eligible for the BBB. It all Makes sense now.
