My golden retriever has been with Banfield since she was born. Their kind care and professionalism Is wonderful. She loves going there everybody says hi and scratch scratches or ears and it’s one of your favorite places to go!

A lot of wrong information when my dog was diagnosed w being a diabetic so many things that were just not covered with me at all I’m so glad I decided to go to another place. I will never come back ever again.

I've been taking my girls (2 cats) to this Banfield location since I adopted them. Unfortunately I have had to switch to a closer location because the drive has been too stressful for them the past couple of times. But Dr. Reinisch and the staff here are incredible, especially Monica who always seems to remember my babies! I will truly miss this location and the people who work there and I am so grateful for the care they have provided over the years.

The last visit with my other dog was great. Staff was friendly and doc was thorough and friendly. Today however was a different story.
I called after it had been 3.5 hours since drop off to get an estimate of when he would be ready. The lady who answered the phone was rude, acted like I was disturbing her, and refused to try to get estimate for pickup. Then she refused to let me speak with the manager.
When another tech grabbed the phone they claimed they couldn't get an estimate because the doc "was in surgery." The doc called back 19 minutes later and he was ready to go. Mighty quick surgery. ?
When I picked him I found out why she seemed so reluctant to provide good customer service.
My call was taking time away from her phone. When I walked up to the desk I had to get her attention because she was playing on her cell.

Amazing service honestly, all the staff are super nice and helpful. And for the people in the reviews dissing Banfield did not read the fine print about the wellness plans, it’s just like insurance for people like cmon now, so do your research and read more into things before signing up. And yes they recommend stuff to you, but you always have the option to say no. You have the choice to sign up for things no one is forcing you to do anything except you.

Went here for my pet care, was roped into a contract with out even knowing. Now that my pet has passed I still have to pay. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never come back to this hospital or Petsmart. Also, they never told me my dog had cancer. Thanks for nothing banfield.

I will NEVER EVER use the Banfield again. I called this Banfield to switch ownership of my dog to a family member Woody answered the call & was very accusatory. My dog Nox account was under a previous Banfield employee account with remarks to contact me regarding his health care & as Woody stated “for legal reason i would have the have the employee who own this account contact them” which i understood & wasn’t able to verbalize before i was rudely hung up on. I called back of course Woody answered and i asked to speak to the manager on duty. I was asked a billion questions and told he was “in a meeting” before actually getting on the phone with him. Once i spoke to Robert the MOD, i was told that Woody told him “the call got disconnected and this lady might call back” NO! You hung up on me and knew that i would call back!
The week prior this family member contacted this location to initially start the process of switching ownership and was told she was “lying “ about me giving her the dog by Woody in fact. My question is if you thought Nox was really stolen why wasn’t i contacted ? He’s a patient there and also microchipped so i know my information is on file. I was with Banfield previously for 3 years , never had an issue but this encounter truly makes me strongly consider other options for healthcare regarding my pets and how they treat their customers .

DO NOT COME HERE. I received a coupon for a free first visit for checkup. When I arrived, my cat received a vaccine and my dog received flea medication. They made it seem like I had to sign up for a wellness plan that was $70 a month, so I did (after paying $400 out of pocket)…I called to cancel the plan and they said I would still owe $1200. Save yourself the headache and the dishonesty and go somewhere else. I’ll be disputing the charges.
