Updated review (deleted old one). We just went to the bank to pick up currency and now understand why they don't necessarily answer the phone. It's a small office and staffed with only a few people. The folks we encountered were friendly and helpful, so I recommend this branch if you want to come in person. Just understand they are short staffed so don't expect an answer to you call if you attempt this.

This branch does not seemed to be focused. It is a shame that BofA, closed most of their locations and reduced their hours — though understood during these times.But, though as a company we have nothing bad to say about the personnel once we interacted, the ghost town feeling is obvious and the attention of some of the personnel is a bit unsettling.We will proceed to continue our business at another branch.

Don’t go here! Extremely difficult to find, park and get help. I was obviously in a hurry and the lady took her sweet time counting change (she had to get another teller to give her change). I told her I didn’t care about the change just please give me my bills so I can go. These people do not listen! I finally got my bills and left. I will never go here again. So glad I finally got my account closed.

This place is a waste of your time do not I REPEAT DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA they accused me of money laundering and told me I have to be preset for someone to make a deposit into my account which makes absolutely no sense ally I will be closing my account IMMEDIATELY

Honestly 1 star does not justify this place they need close it down.. my dogs could learn tricks faster then these dummies running the bank. They had me wait 15mins to do a cash deposit, just to have the clerk mess up the transaction of the guy in front of me .. not only that but what kind of bank only has an atm that withdrawals.. just to have some lady stand behind me and tell me I have to fill out a form, and doesn't help the clerk with the line he had (4 people) her goofy a** kept wondering off while the dude was struggling. but if I waited 15mins for a f*** up im sorry for the people behind me.

Judy was extremely helpful getting my wife and my accounts merged. Very nice, clean and private location. Will use this location in the future for any other banking needs.

I have a checking account with BoA. I go in on Saturday to set up a safety deposit box and a savings account. They set me up an appointment for Wednesday to come back in at 11am. Well, I go back up there on Wednesday at 11am and the first thing the lady tells me is that they have no safety deposit boxes. Why set me up an appointment Saturday for me to come back if you don't have what I'm asking for? Waste of time. I ask the lady to check another BoA for me and she says she will email the other location. Do we not have phones in 2021??? Email? What? I just decided to drive my happy a** over to that location and I was in and out under an hour with a new savings account and a new safety deposit box. That location is next to Bahama Bucks on Preston. Ask for Mariam.

Made an appointment and went in and got right in with Cameo. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services I was inquiring about. She was very polite and professional. Went out of her to help me.

The African American Lady (I don't remember her name) was supposedly helping on 02/19/2020 around 1:25 pm was not being helpful, I asked her about a transaction I made on Zelle from my account and she just said that I needed to wait 2 business days. Well, the transaction had been made over a week ago and she didn't even ask. She never said ok let me check your account or anything like that, she acted like she knew and she said she didn't even need to look at the account. After I told her that she wasn't helpful at all is when she went into my account and finally just gave me a phone number to call bank of And I was the only person in the bank too, so she wasn't busy at all. I must have interrupted her nap. Check your cameras !!

For some reason this bank has the longest and slowest lines I've ever experienced. It's not even like there are a ton of people, the staff here is just really slow and inefficient in their processes. I'm not coming here anymore.
