Thus bank. Started off great! It has gone down hill drastically. Half my mobile app deposits can’t read a signature. They are making me mail in a deposit from Denver. They “put a hold on my last two pay stubs for two weeks? Are you kidding me? I’m over this bank it was great when it was bbt now I think there just too big to care anymore!!

I have been banking at this location since 2003. It was Wells Fargo at the time, then turned to Citi Bank, BB&T and now Truist. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I came to this location to open an account because I was having issues redeeming an online promotion. I didn't realize that Truist was formerly BB&T, which is why I was having an issue. Melissa was very helpful in resolving the problem. I see a couple of reviews that say she is rude, but I didn't experience that at all. She was friendly but direct and made it a point to not waste my time. I really appreciate that.

Don’t go here there ATM is broken. Just lost $600 I won’t get back until who knows how long. I’m in tears. My two year old son and I live in a hotel and that was our money for food and shelter and now o don’t know what I will do for 2 days

This is the most disenfranchised location ever!! They will not accommodate you in anyway. They can’t keep tellers here, so no form of a relationship with the people handling your transactions. In turn you’re treated as a stranger by the revolving door of new folk. It doesn’t matter about your banking relationship.. My people of color, this is not your location!! The vibe is dry & salty. if you must go here, see Vincent the banker. He will do his best to make you feel welcomed.

After the CDC on Thursday lifted all restrictions for those double vaccinated for outdoor/indoor wearing of masks. I sat in the lobby un-masked for 10 minutes waiting for Melissa to possibly open a new business account with a 7 figure number. Suddenly, Melissa said I had to put a mask on, coupled with a male teller saying the same thing. I refused to be shamed. Then Melissa went to ask manager. At that point I left the bank. Bankers are NOT CDC or Doctors, so stop the nonsense!!!I refuse to be controled by unimformed people!TW

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT Go to this location especially for any Mortgage needs. You will be let down terribly. Monique Cornsock who claims on her portfolio that she has been in the Mortgage industry for 14 years is far away from the truth. She has absolutely no idea what she is doing. I strongly suggest you find someone else a little more reliable and professional. If BB& T is your only option drive away and into a different Branch. This Branch has nothing but unprofessional and uneducated people working.

Mary Ann and her team at this location are wonderful, professional people. I've known her for several years, and she's a top notch leader in the banking industry and very engaged in the local community in Addison and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.
