The wash was fine. I left my keys in the middle of my console when everything was done and I drove off I went to grab my keys and they completely were broken apart and no one told me anything. I went back told the manager and he went to find pieces. He brought me pieces and then told me that he could not give me anything for the inconvenience other than air fresheners. Air fresheners? Seriously? He laughed it off, told me to have a good day and would not reimburse me or anything for the huge inconvenience. He did not care. 0/10 super disappointed and will not be coming back.

Today was my 4th time cleaning my car at this place , and this is the last one , cuz I pay to clean inside and outside but it’s a waste of money literally today I still found some dirts looks like they just throw water and dry it , other thing I got the car refresher parfum and I asked her if this can fit Teslas or should I get the one hangs she said yeah u can get those , I waited for my car I found it horrible and when I tried to put it those parfum things I couldn’t I went inside and I told her that wouldn’t fit my car and h told me that is gonna fit and she said I can’t do nothing to u with a cold blood , so horrible experience never come back and I glad I didn’t do the subscription

I took my car here to get it detailed and I must say the services rendered were exceptional. I definitely recommend this car wash for all of your car details. Will be definitely be using this location moving forward.

Decent spot, probably won’t be back due to how they treated my personal items in the car. Had a perfectly pressed blazer in my back seat when I went through full service, came out and it was thrown around in my back seat wrinkled as hell, like how? Now I get to take a trip to the dry cleaners.

A lil pricey to not give you air freshener or a rain check with your $30 wash. Then expect you to tip? The guys do a good job out front!!

Not sure how they're in business.
New owners. They now give air freshener. Still no rain checks. If you won't offer them, then consider a rewards program for loyal customers. I'd love to get my 10th wash free after spending $50 every weekend for a hand wash. The staff does great work! I'd like to keep coming.

If I could give zero stars, I would!
We have 3 vehicles and have been subscribers for over 10 years. The self vacuums have been broken for the last 4 months. Today, I waited in line to have my car washed for 10 minutes and the line of 8 cars did not move. I asked what was going on and they said the machine was down and had no idea for how long. I'm not sure why they were letting people add to the line when it wasn't working. I backed out and left. I called to speak to the manager and was told they were busy in another building. I left a message for the manager to call me when finished, which they never did. About 40 minutes later, the girl who I left the message with called me back to say that the wash was now working and they ordered new parts for the vacuums last week. I would not go here, this owner is fairly new and it has been in disrepair since it was purchased.
