I rented a car for 24 hours at Budget Addison & returned at DFW. A month after my rental, I received a fraudulent claim for significant car damage unrelated to my rental.

I rent from this Avis/Budget on a regular basis. The employees always go above and beyond to assist and get us the best possible deals. This is the only location I like renting from. I will continue to support this particular location.

Horrible customer service! I rented a vehicle at 4:30 yesterday and tried to call the store 3 times to confirm. Someone was answering and then hanging up without saying anything. Then this morning I receive a phone call that they don't have the vehicle and tried to claim I didn't make the reservation until 5:30, after they ordered all their vehicles today. William and the manager were both incredibly rude, told me I could call around myself to find a comparable vehicle and William hung up on. The manager kept interrupting me and told me that William hanging up on me was necessary because they needed to open the store this morning. DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION AND AVOID THE COMPANY ID POSSIBLE!

I was provided with a vehicle that I'm unsure how it's still in inventory. After driving it for approximately 30 minutes, I noticed that the oil check light had come on. Additionally, the front glass appeared to be damaged, and the rearview mirror seemed to be broken as well.
The customer service, you have to put more empathy do not give you options to swap the delivery in another location.

From start to finish, my experience is always phenomenal. The staff never fail to teach me about the vehicle and best practices, and they get me contracted up and out in less than 10 minutes. The quality of the cars is fantastic. I loved the Mazda - so fun!
I want to especially thank Keith, who is always so helpful, and Eric, who set me up with the vehicle and made sure I had all the bells and whistles I prefer, like vehicle coverage, tolls, and gas. I have rented Volvo c40 and I loved it ?.

I booked online a few weeks before, hoping to make pick-up a quick process. I waited over 30 minutes before I was able to get checked out.. However, TC was the only one in the front assisting and truly did his best to get everyone in and out. They were out of the compact cars but provided a free upgrade. Minus the wait, everything was good! TC double-checked everything and ensured I had what I needed.
