The Addison location of Caliber Collision is top notch. They had my car looking brand new again, and it was finished before the expected date. I especially appreciate Kelsea for her excellent customer service, expert knowledge of my vehicle, and her constant communication. Thank you!

These guys were SO extremely rude to me.
The woman at the front desk talked to me like I was inferior when I just came in looking for work to be done on my vehicle. The man that came out and looked at it also talked to me like I was dumb because I was asking for an estimate (pay out of pocket).
They gave me the estimate and said "here if you're just looking for a cash out". I think they thought I was trying to send this estimate to my insurance company and get some money or something. I wasn't doing anything shady, I was just trying to get my truck fixed as quickly as possible before the holidays.
Blatantly disrespectful and I won't be giving them my business purely out of principle alone. I really hope their manager sees this. As a manager myself, I'd be embarrassed to hear my staff treated customers like this.

Very positive experience. Was kept informed along the way by my service adviser. He was quite friendly, too. My car looked brand new when the repairs were completed.

Chose this shop because it was an Allstate Good Neighbor Shop, BIG MISTAKE.
They received my car on July 17. It is now October and my car is still not fixed.
Everytime I turn around they have found something else to add to the quote, which has almost doubled in cost and taken three times as long as it should have since they started.
It took me a week to get any straight answers out of them and I only got those answers bc I went to Allstate and complained up the chain of command until they called the shop. At one point they didn't even know where their mechanic was or why he wasn't working on any cars.
Your quote will keep ballooning and they will give vague answers as to the reason and timeframe in hopes you stop pestering them. Use a different shop.

I want to thank Chase for such an awesome job!! He was able to get my daughter vehicle into Caliber in a timely manner fixed and back to her looking like there was nothing wrong with it. Hopefully we don’t to go through another accident, but in the case we do; Chase will be getting a call from me!!

Everything is top notch work and Chris always kept me informed. I was taken by surprise when they detailed my entire vehicle inside and out. I hope I never have to go back to them but if I have an accident I want them to do the repair. This is a classic service and I recommend them to anyone who needs work on their vehicle.

I recommend finding another location if you want your work done right the first time.
Edit from original posting a month ago after emailing the day caliber replied and I have yet to receive a response. I now wish I could provide negative stars.
I received my car back with a half tank of gas while I dropped it off full. My truck was also emptied as requested and never cleaned internally nor externally as your policy states. I had to come back to get a part that was never ordered, and no body clips were re-installed into my fender well. The rental car company tried to bill me personally for extra days as well, due to not just poor but truly erroneous information provided to my insurance stating that the car was finished three days before it actually was.
This experience was far from seamless and the work was not completed as contracted.
