Their furniture is good quality and gives me something different than what the big chain stores have. Most of the furniture is modern with clean lines. It feels like the furniture that designers use to stage houses. They do a large business for commercial projects and have lots of accessories. I was surprised at the size of the store. Every time I go in, the selection is a little different.

I visited Charter Furniture today and was greeted by Francisco and Aaron. They did an outstanding job assisting me with my purchase of a beautiful couch. At first, it was a toss up between 3 couches and Aaron went to the wearhouse and brought one of the couches so I could see it and test it out. After all his efforts, I decided to take the one in the show room. I appreciate both Aaron and Francisco for all their assistance. My finance went through and was able to get same day delivery. Yes I am a happy and satisfied customer indeed. Thank you Charter I will be back with more future purchases and let all my family and friends know about your amazing store and service.

Absolutely great place for furniture! I was skeptical as I'd never been here or heard of this place until a google search but I was blown away at the selection they had! Not only was I NOT immediately bombarded by sales associates but their prices are fantastic and customization is no extra cost! There was only 1 employee there that Saturday but he was terrific with helping me and the other customers! If you need anything from here I'd definitely see if Jim Hoagland is in!

We came here in search of furniture that was used in my moms home for staging before she sold it. We were helped by Rob who was so helpful and kind. Beautiful, modern furnishings here. Prices are high but you get what you pay for.
