Horrible service! went this weekend (4/24) to add my husband to my account and omg the lady who attended me AND their manager had no idea what they were doing!! the lady helping me claimed she had 7 years of experience with opening accounts yet had no idea what foreign documents are accepted and kept saying her manager would get on to her?...in the end it was a complete waste of my time!! i went to another chase closer to home and omg their service was excellent and quick!! the gentleman who attended me KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AT ALL!!

Sonia wasn't helpful at all. I understand the bank closed at 6pm however if a customer walk at center at 5:52pm it doesn't hurt to provide great customer service. Sonia mentioned her manager doesn't want her to help customer before 6pm. its ridicule a manager to talk her team like that.

A very good chase bank - very friendly when you walk inside. I needed help getting a money order for the first time. They had me sit down until a clerk was available, which wasn't too long. I was help immediately and treated like my problem is important. They told me there is normally a processing fee f $5 which she waved for me. I think it was very generous since it's my first month paying rent. After she helped me she had a polite little conversation before I left. This was nice because I didn't feel rushed out of the building. An excellent chase bank - probably needs two atms or a bigger parking lot
