This place in Irving is the worst place to go get a drug test...it's over a 3 hour wait... It took almost 3 hours just to have some lady come check hearing my lungs ..and now wait another 3 hours ...

Absolute worst urgent care type of system I’ve ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from every Concentra possible. Seriously, just pick someone else.

After leaving Urgent Care, I arrived at the Pharmacy only to be told one of my prescriptions was available . I phoned Urgent Care three times before the problem maybe solved. Finally, I went to check on my prescriptionsI waited a total of two hours because the pharmacy was closed for lunch.
