Great experience with Dallas Desk from start to finish. Leland helped me pick out the furniture that worked for my budget and even helped with some of the design/layout. Great selection to chose from. On the back end, the delivery was on time and efficient (AC, Joey and Eric were great).

I struggle to find anything positive to say about this group. I only wished I had checked the reviews before doing business with them. This process began months ago, when I made the decision to visit the biggest stores in the metroplex and pay full retain price for office furniture because I was in a pinch and I didn't have the time to play games with supply chain nonsense. I visited the Dallas Desk showroom and the sales experience with Kyle was great. He seemed trustworthy, professional, and pleasant. They of course have no inventory, just showroom and everything comes from a warehouse "down the street." We were very careful to order only the items that were in stock ready to ship. Which out of the gate was 2 week delay. Unfortunately it took Kyle two weeks just to complete the sale and place the order. More actually. So long, that by the time he got everything ordered none of it was available. This was September and we are now in the last day of November and the order has still not been completely filled. Phone calls and emails are not returned. The last communication I got out of Kyle was an explanation that he is so busy with big orders he doesn't have time for a little order like mine. After being lied to repeatedly I asked to speak to his supervisor Nancy. She spent the entire phone call attacking me and explaining why my expectations of customer service was the problem. She offered no help other than to promise I would have the items by November. When she was done attacking me, she began to attack Armando and the warehouse staff. When this call was over it was clear that everyone in the world was at fault except her and Kyle. Don't expect much help here. Well, November has come, and after today it will be gone. I still don't have my order. I should mention that I never even got the desk I wanted. A smaller desk was substituted in its place due to lack of inventory. It should also be mentioned the desk I really wanted we never ordered because it was 2 weeks out. So we settle for the second place desk that never came and was never available, and then a third desk was substituted for it since it wasn't available, and months later I don't even have the full set. Expect lies, high prices, poor customer service, and no inventory.

Had to write this review as they've made my day! The place is huge and well stocked. Jessica helped me through the process of finding an office chair that I had seen on their site. She is so personable, warm and incredibly helpful. It's evident that she knows her stuff and enjoys being there. Jessica and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed! (I'm typing this from the chair and my back is SO happy for the first time in years). From beginning to end, the process was painless and each person from the team that I interacted with were genuine examples of what customer service truly should be. one star is too much. Jessica is all smiles and lacking in information. she sold us a desk that did not fit into the room, even after giving her the dimensions. Nancy Stein, the manager, is rude and entirely unhelpful. Also, will charge 3% for using credit card.

I was looking for used office furniture and went to a competitor who just just pointed to the used furniture section and didn't help me at all. Then I went to Dallas Desk, and Jessica was fantastic. Not only did she help me pick a lateral file, she then went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer (twice) to help me secure the missing parts I needed to complete the unit. She was also super friendly and nice, and clearly wanted me to feel good about my purchase.I highly recommend Jessica at Dallas Desk if you are in the market for office furniture.

I can't say exactly how bad the customer service would have been because not one person ever bothered to greet me. I walked around the store for 15 minutes while holding a piece off my old desk to match the color. If that didn't scream I'm serious about buying a desk I don't know is. Made eye contact with four people working there and all I got was empty stares. If my employees acted like that they'd be fired.

We had the best experience with Chad Pederson @ Dallas Desk. We were moving our offices and decided to order new cubicles for our accounting area. We kind of had an idea of what we wanted, but after working with him and walking through their showroom floor, it just all came together. Chad made the process very easy and he also had some great ideas for us. We told him what we liked and what we didn't like and boom! It was complete; order it; install it; and enjoy! And the "Sooner" red just made everything POP!! I would definitely recommend Dallas Desk and Chad Pederson.

I needed to sell a large quantity of used office furniture. I called several places with no response. Dallas Desk responded very quickly . Gave me a quote. I was under a deadline and needed the furniture removed quickly.
