Horrible customer service, the manager is very disrespectful and only had lies. He did not care whatsoever of my position in life right now, enterprise is going to lose a lot of customers over this guy

They had rude customer service. I was trying to trade the Toyota Camry for something else and they didn't want to help me. They lady with the blonde hair kept saying well u didn't get the car from here. That is correct i didn't but they told me I could trade it at another location.

I had a wonderful experience with both the repair facility and Sebastian at the Enterprise in house. I have been otherwise extremely frustrated by my insurance giving me contradictory information, and sending me far from home for service, when this was very close by. Sebastian was friendly and personable, and took care of my claim and got me a very nice rental vehicle. Thanks!

One of the least helpful car rental agencies I have encountered. I rented an enterprise car and the "check engine" light came on, along with the "maintenance required" light that has been on all along. The level of service with enterprise is appalling. I will definitely be going back to Hertz.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I spent the entire day trying to resolve an issue with this location and they were basically unwilling to help me. I went to Hertz down the street.

Wow, what a bastion of jackassery. So I rented a car for the 14 thousandth time in my life. I pointed out damage to the sales-tard. He pulled some measurement device out of his pocket, told me they only mark damage of a certain size, and did not mark the damage I indicated. Fast forward three weeks. I return the car. A different (rude, annoying) sales-tard point out the hail damage I had shown them some three weeks back. I explained not only had I pointed out said damage initially, but that the car had been garaged at my house and covered at work. Then I explained the ruler thing and the dude points out some fine print in the contract about any hail damage. Now its happy fun time with the BBB, which is cool and all, but I would prefer not to deal with the hassle.
