Customers beware!!! DO NOT rent from this location, they will quickly try to be non-chalant when you do the initial walk-thru and tell you the "small" dents and dings on their cars (anything smaller than a dollar bill they said) won't be counted. When we returned the car they bullied my girlfriend (English is her 2nd language), and forced her to give them her insurance information and they are now filing a claim about a ding that WAS ON THE CAR WHEN WE RENTED IT. Do your self a favor and spend your hard earned money else where. If you call into the customer service they will read you a pre-written script and say they need to follow standard procedures. Typical scammy no-face company attempting to take advantage of the average consumer. There are so many choices out there, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

These people are trash they have poor ugly attitudes they are not people person if they dont like there job they should quit i will never be returning here again they will con you out your money charge your card with all type of fees and extra stuff for no reason then act clueless and non helpful to the situation they deserve to be under a bridge i hope these people live long miserable lives and burn in hell

I wanted to test drive a vehicle before purchasing. I ALWAYS use Enterprise for services and have been a member with enterprise since 2018. I would not recommend this location.1) the vehicle that I received was not cleaned prior to the rental. There were minor scratches on the door that the representative refused to notate on the rental transaction.2) I'm giving this location a 1 star due to the fact that they are not reliable during emergency or assistance. My keys were lost or stolen and I needed help. They NEVER answered the phone. I should have known that this was a RED FLAG during the rental process because their phone rang and rang while I was waiting for the vehicle. I called road side assistance that was able to connect me with them, yet when they answered they could not tell me to cost of towing. I checked the rental agreement and the rental agreement sent via email was not the same rental agreement that I signed therefore I was in the dark regarding towing services cost or replacement of the keys if I am not able to locate the keys to the vehicle. I purchased insurance through Enterprise because I trusted them because I have been a committed client for so long with the Enterprise brand. What they sent me via email was about my personal insurance vs the insurance coverage that I purchased with them. I have learned through this process that every location is not the same. I will continue to use Enterprise, but this location has lost my business unless they can resolve this matter reasonably.

Had a rough past couple days dealing with my vehicle needing to go to the shop unexpectedly while also having super busy work days. This caused me to need a rental and Enterprise did a super great job accommodating this quickly. They even came to pick me up last minute so that I could pick up my rental even though I hadn’t scheduled a pickup ahead of time. Thanks y’all!

Didn't give me the type of car I reserved and gave me one with a dangerously low tire. They don't answer the phone or respond to texts to the number they provide. Takes weeks to invoice and then release the deposit on credit card. Will not use again.UPDATE: the email provided by "Chris M" is not legit. A bot attempting to make Enterprise look like they care about the issue.

Our insurance company arranged a rental through Enterprise. They ended out billing us for $5 a day without telling they were. I will never use this location again.

I will never rent from this location again. Ever. Customer service was horrible. I also received an extremely dirt vehicle. I asked the manager to put me in another vehicle. He wanted me to wait. I was already there for over an hour because they couldn’t find the keys. I asked him to give me something that ready. He offer another vehicle but wanted to charge me an upgrade. Customer service is not there priority. I ended up taking the dirt vehicle because I had no time to wait. Then I returned my vehicle on 12/17/23. Today is 12/21/23. So I called about my card deposit return to find that they haven’t logged the car back in for return. Absolutely horrible experience. No smiles. No apologies and no respect for my time.
