I was in such a terrible spot and I called this place today and the guy there was so understanding and so helpful. I was able to get my hair folic test done within minutes for my court date which is in two day. I highly recommend this place. I wish I had known about it before. Thank you soooooo much for all your help and understanding??

The gentleman who took my hair sample was so kind and gentle with my hair. I’ve had to have a few hair tests and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. They’re accredited with to be used in court and for the attorney general. I highly recommend!

I didnt have a good experience at this place. The man calling himself the “owner” was unprofessional and rude. He put a sign on door saying they were sanitizing the place, however, he was in his car eating. He came upstairs and rudely told me to have a sit while he was on the phone with somebody. Didn’t apologize for making me wait. There was not sanitation cleaning happening at the location.Before i was to conduct the test he asked me to sign the paperwork. I carefully was reading the information to make sure everything was right. He was rushing me into signing something without reading and kept pointing at the screen for me to sign. After my test was finished he was being arrogant telling me he was the owner. I was surprised and i said “wow really” . He told me to look at the reviews on google . I said i will. If you want gentle good service, somewhere where they will make sure you understand what you are signing, a place in which such will not lock the doors to have lunch in the parking lot . Do not come here.Edit . This man is nothing but arrogant prick . Thanks .Shows from his response on his defense rather than making the situation better . Lies about the issues i pointed out.Maybe he needs to hire more people to the facility to have better customer experience .Do not recommend .

I’ve been coming here monthly for the last 5 months and it’s always a pleasant and friendly atmosphere! Terry is very nice and and I’m always in and out within 10 minutes or less. Definitely would recommend this facility to everyone!

Super friendly, quick in and out, left with my drug test results in hand. Also provides a discount to college students - I paid $40 for a 10 point drug screen - and is familiar with Tech, TWU, and ACU processes.

Terry called my school coordinator to make sure we were getting the cheapest and fastest test! He took care of me and three of my friends and we were in and out. Recommend coming here if you need a drug test for any reason!
