Awful service! The only person at the store on a Saturday morning was extremely rude, made me wait more than 15min to tell me that she is too busy and she can’t help printing one page on adhesive paper because she had 3 more orders before me (no clients at the store by then). I think she doesn’t like her job 👎

Location is ok. But staffs are lazy to help customers and will tell you to do everything by your own ! Big thumb down for this store customer service!

What an absolute amazing experience I had. Angela was an absolute sweetheart. She made things quick and easy for me when I had to mail in 8 Big boxes. She did it all with a smile and kind heart. Definitely deserves an award!!

Zues, was so kind and patient with helping us get a brochure printed. We had some confusion on how the layout worked and he guided us through the changes we needed to make and was so kind about it!!! Would come back to get help from him again!!

We just got full service with Wanda who copped an attitude with us immediately. The store was empty. I thought the ask was simple: 100 sheets 4up of our 4x5 pdf. She insisted she couldn’t do 4up on 8.5x11, and it would save us money to do 6up on bigger paper. We were there for 30 mins and wound up with 100 4x5s for $40 for what should have been a $30 for 400 fliers. We were nice and left it at that bc we were in a hurry for an event. However, I am very disappointed with the outcome and the way we were treated.

100 bucks to fax 50 pages. Absolutely criminal. No wonder this place has 3 stars. But I suppose that private jet fuel for executive travel doesn’t pay for itself. #wack

The worker Zeuse helped me and my husband find the best option for shipping me and my husband’s wedding invitations! such a good energy, and amazing customer service! definitely recommend!

If i could give Zeus 10 stars I would! he was so kind, and helped me find a solution to my printing project! I’ve been to other fedex offices but this one knocks it out of the park! Thank you guys!

The team at this location was so helpful and went above and beyond! I had no idea what I was doing printing some stickers and the staff walked me thought the whole process, checked in on me multiple times, and were so kind. I can’t say enough good things about them, they were the best!

I had a print order that I needed done ASAP. Zeus helped me. He was fantastic. I had a hard time emailing it to him & when I did it was pixely. He got it all figured out and it turned out gorgeous. He was incredibly patient & helpful. If you need something printed, Zeus is your guy!!! I will continue to use that FedEx at that location because of him. He was great. Thank you Zeus.

Fedex is a predatory company, in my opinion. My package was delivered to the wrong address. While I did not catch the error, I am being penalized for the employee entering in the address provided incorrectly. I've submitted a claim, that was denied. This is a company that takes no responsibility for the errors made by their employees and I will avoid shipping with Fedex, having my employer ship with Fedex or doing business with any company that works with Fedex.
