“Charlotte was so exceptionally warm and friendly! I work for a dealership and one of our clients called to cancel an appointment because her husband had passed away from a chronic illness, and I felt horrible and decided I’d swing by a random florist and see if I could get something quick, and Appletree Flowers was the best thing Google gave me. I’m not surprised at all by all the glowing reviews after spending about 20 minutes talking to Charlotte about life, hobbies, and anything that sprung to mind. She made a beautiful bouquet within my price range, signed a card with her beautiful cursive and even helped me bring it out to my car and fasten it with the seatbelt. I offered her a hug for her help and she enthusiastically agreed! (I wish I could give her 6 stars for the hug, as it was a 10/10 hug, but alas…)Will 10000% be back if I need flowers in the future!! Josie was great to work with and we made it happen.Upon delivery, I wasn’t there. The florist who delivered noticed my vases were just a bit larger than I had described (that’s on me).
