Slow just to cash a check from their bank, have you ever been to a bank and they said sorry we are having "technical difficulties" yeah that means they are verifying funds. Waste of time.

Frost is the best and most convenient, helpful Regional Bank in the Country! Never have I phoned or visited a Frost bank branch in my city of Dallas that I haven't received superb service. This is one of the few institutions that you really can almost trust all the way.

The service is substandard. I walked in to deposit a check. The young man (he was very pleasant) behind the counter was helping me. Another red headed male bank employee walks over and tells him to stop helping me and had him take care of another couple that I saw him working with. He said that he would take care of my deposit but instead he answered a phone call and helped the caller instead of me. I had him hand me back my check, ID and the deposit slip. My time is important. And I shouldn't have to wait 6 minutes for a 1 minute transaction especially because I was already being helped. Interestingly enough, I told the first gentleman that I was considering switching my direct deposits to Frost and he was happy and told me that he would provide me with the necessary information. Needless to say, I will NOT be switching my monies to Frost .

Thought about opening an account there but the attitude of the woman helping me quickly influenced me not too. I decided to go elsewhere, with a more reputable bank. Capital One is much better and has much better service and perks.

The worst experience that I have had. Their customer service is substandard. Requesting your bank statements from your other banks. Never had this as a requirement to open an account. They never ran a check on me dealing with my banking history. Requested to speak to the manager that was refusing to open an account. I was told if I wasn't going to hand over my other banks statements then the answer was no. Call the main number and Requested to speak with the managers supervisor. Left Lindsey Freeman a message to contact me about this matter. This was on Friday January 28th and as of today still no response. I don't know how this bank has a high customer service rating.

Kristen in drive thru is amazing. Probably the most personable and kind teller I have ever dealt with. She should be commended on her customer service because you just do see that anymore, specially from a younger person. I also called the manager and gave her a great review. She deserves it. This lady is going places in life!!

My wife and I had an exceptionally smooth experience getting a home equity loan with Frost. Damon and Dora were unusually responsive, helpful, professional, and friendly. The experience was very different from experiences we've had with other banks in the past.

TWO THUMBS UP, fantastic Bank!Head and shoulders above BBVA Compass for customer service and personalized banking. They go out of their way to tailor make the bank service fit your individual and commercial needs.I would, and have, recommended Frost to anyone who is tired being treated like a number.Mr. Torres below must not be up to date on all the new banking regulations a groups like Frost musty comply. We live in a different world now and Homeland Security has changed the game. You may feel that they are discriminating but I can assure you they treat everyone the same. The only color they see is GREEN and they certainly don't want to impede a new customer from opening an account! I hope you became a customer.Thanks for all your great service!

This is the worst Bank I have ever had to deal with. They have no sense of duty to consumers. They refuse to negotiate a cashier's check drawn on their account despite a properly drafted power of attorney. I have a seriously ill client who cannot access a large amount of money sent to him by the Government. Frost Bank says they "don't provide that service." By this they mean they don't do anything that doesn't benefit them unless forced to. They are the only bank able to verify funds on the account, yet they expect me to take it to another bank to negotiate, despite the delay they know this will cause. Under the circumstances, this borders on pure evil.

Closed my chase account and move everything to Frost. Most professional bank I've dealt with so far, they were great and got everything set up!

We came to this location to close on our home improvement loan because of its proximity to my work. The entrance is inside the Colonnade Building Atrium. Everyone was nice and friendly but the lady helping us go through the paperwork couldn't answer most of our questions. A little concerning so perhaps internal communication could be improved.
