Bought Season passes, There is some kind of glitch because they keep hitting my card for 4 passes when i have only actually purchased 2, Im sad to say that if this happens one more time, After notifying them , and this will be the third time. That I will leave more than 3 horrible reviews.

Trying to notify corporate that Roanoke Water park is charging 15.00 to park on a closer spot. So if you arrive early. You have to pay to park in a closer spot. We are senior citizens this is a terrible idea. And really unfair !!

The Colony location not yet open for season but blares music and shows music videos at night after hours. It’s currently 11:20pm and nobody has turned it off. How can I expect to sleep? AT ALL! This place is absolute trash. Worst business practices I have EVER experienced.
