This hotel gets 5 stars for location but that’s about it. The rooms were absolutely filthy. I found stains on the linens and hairs on the towels making it clear that neither was changed before our stay. Front desk was nice but I was pressured into purchasing breakfast even though I didn’t feel like eating.

Staff was honestly very nice just hate you ALWAYS have to go through the front door.Rooms: So clean, shower works prefect!Nearby activities: So much to doWalkability: Restaurants all in walking distanceFood & drinks: They even have a store in the place but the breakfast bar you do have to pay for…. Not worth it. Just go eat somewhere near by you’ll save money and have better foodNoteworthy details: Love the room and attention to cleanliness

Very basic- old and worn out - needs major upgrade. Bathroom has old fittings, the sink was clogged, supplies were minimum. I would not recommend staying

Rooms are nice and big. Great drapes that blocks out all radiation. The place is nice and quiet to get a good night sleep. Simple check in and centrally located.

I love my experience at Holiday Inn. The staff was super nice as was everyone else I met in Texas. The hotel manager on duty, Angel, was so nice and accommodating. I would recommend going back to this hotel for multiple reasons but number 1 is the hospitality Angel and the staff showed me! Thank you!!

Quite and clean room. Only problem was that there was NO breakfast at this place. ONLY COFFEE. If you want breakfast, there is a restaurant in the lobby. Best to get breakfast elsewhere. I do not think I will return to stay again though.Rooms: Rooms were clean.

Last month we rented the meeting room for a small event we were having and everything went as planned. Laura was super helpful and Angel at the front desk was very sweet. I will definitely recommend your hotel for future meetings or small events..

Had a friend stay at Two of these while in Dallas. Not sure which one this is but they were both very nice accomodations. Friendly people. The one off Central Expressway was very difficult to get to. Our Uber driver actually had an accident trying to make the turn

When we are looking for a place to stay when we go to Dallas we always stay here. This place has a wonderful staff and no one is ever very loud in the morning. The rooms are nice and we have never found anything wrong with them. The mirror in our room last time we went did have some streaks on it but we didn't mind. The pool in the summer is so nice due to the fact that it is outside so it stays warm, but makes everything around you seem cold even in 107 degree weather.Rooms: The rooms are sized pretty good for three to four adults. If you get a two room it comes with two queen sized beds which comfortably fit two adults.Nearby activities: There were tons of stores right down the road from this hotel, or even right off the highway which is not far from the hotel.Walkability: You could walk to the convenient stores up the road or even take a walk just for fun due to very little high traffic on the road that it is off of.Food & drinks: The offer snacks and food if you are willing to pay for them. They never mind when you bring in tons of bags such as candy or alcohol.

What a wonderful hotel and stay I experienced!The hotel is very clean.Front desk staff very nice.Had to switch rooms because something was leaking out from the bathroom ceiling in the 1st room we were in, but it was no trouble at all for the front desk to move us.The bed & pillows were amazing, the air conditioning worked perfectly, shower was nice.My husband was like "can we live here?" after he came back from the pool ?The following morning we went down for some breakfast (not free, but not expensive either) and everything was cooked to perfection ??We will most certainly be back! Our stay was amazing ?

Had a great stay here with my family!! Ana had us checked in quick and had the very best welcoming service! I also recommend the restaurant it was really good and great service! I'm glad we stayed had a perfect view of kaboom town!! I will be back again next year!

Clean comfy rooms and great beds. Service wise tho not the best when checking in. Night desk person could use a brush up on customer service. Also breakfast is not included here.

When I checked in they said pool would be fixed next day. I stayed 6 nights and it was never fixed. Rooms are outdated and musky smelling. Sofa bed was bent and hard to use. Had to ask for ice bucket extra tp, kleenex and coffee pods. Breakfast is not included. Housekeeping employees were friendly and helpful. Midway rd is under construction so lots of traffic!

Do not stay here!No hot water.Hallways are dirtyLady at front desk upon checkin was rude.Phones in room don't work.Workers were standing outside our room near the pool area talking very loudly literally all morning.The bedside table hadn't been cleaned and had crumbs on it.Do not stay here!
