The Mortgage Mark team was a joy and pleasure to work with. Specifically Justin Wood was very sharp, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They didn't charge any unnecessary fees, worked flawlessly with my agent and the home builder, and assisted me with every question I had, on top of keeping me informed about the market. Great experience. Good communication throughout the process. They came through with closing date as promised. Rates were on par with other private lenders. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend to friends or family.

Unbelievable staff Mark has here. They are very understanding and were willing to work with me and my Wife through the whole process. Though it can be draining and exhausting process for most, they made it painless lol. But truthfully words are not enough to say how wonderful of an experience it was doing business with them.Tamara and Joel were informative and very knowledgeable about every step we took towards buying our new home. Yes they were some hurdles to get over but they helped us get over each one of them. And the day after New Year’s Day we’re at closing signing for our dream home. To think my wife just saw a video Mortgage Mark made on Tik Tok and we said let’s give them a call. Now we’re Homeowners. Thank you Mark, Tamara and Joel. The whole staff. Tamara was very prompt, educational, supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Unlike most mortgage processes, our experience was as “stress-free” as possible with Tamara, Joel, and Michele. Mark personally calling us himself to check-in on us put us at ease. My husband and I were always kept up to date, we never felt abandoned, and most importantly, we never felt like “just another buyer”. Tamara is phenomenal; she puts her heart into her work and she treated us with dignity and warm-heartedness. My husband and I are finally living out our dreams thanks this wonderful team!

Mark, Justin, Riann and Joel were all extremely great to work with! Purchasing our home in the midst of COVID brought much anxiety, uncertainty and delays. Mark and Team were with us every step of the way. Mark personally discussed a rate lock option with my husband and I and it ended up being one of the best financial decisions for our family. Justin further counseled us on things we could do to our credit to boost our score for an even better interest rate.If/when we purchase another home Mark and Team will be our first call!

The best experience I have ever gone through! Mark and his team were with us every step of the way and the process was well communicated and reasonable. Our title officer was absolutely shocked at the closing fees that we’re charge or lack thereof. Said these were well below what he normally sees and said, “you’ve got a really good lender” at our closing. They’re just good people and yo can tell that when you talk to them. No smoke, just straight forward communication and even at times, emotional support. 10/10 will aggressively advocate to family and friends when they’re going through the home buying process to give Mark and his team a shot. I’m a customer for life.

Mortgage Mark came highly recommended and they were helpful until they ran my credit without speaking with me first. When they decided they couldn't qualify me for the loan amount I stated on my application, I asked for guidance on other loan products they offered and what amount was possible to be approved for. They stopped answering the phone, returning phone calls, and haven't responded to my last 2 emails. Michelle Kubitz was the loan officer I was working with and she didn't seem to know much to counsel me anyway. I emailed Sarah Hutcheson to let her know what happened and no response from her either. If you're looking for a lender to help you navigate your options, don't look here. I was interested in the 203K loan with them. You need a lender that is responsive when you're wanting to use that loan so this is a big red flag.
