Evelyn was super friendly and helpful! She got my refund advance done quickly and answered my questions very thoroughly. She was also assisting 2 other coworkers and still got me out quickly, she’s really good at managing tough situations as far as i’ve seen!

Had appointment but was told to leave docs and wait for call that never came. I called 3 1/2 hours later and was told to wait 1 more hour. Arrived at office in driving rain storm got soaked and had to wait some more. Then I was charged an extra $100 for one additional doc. Not a good experience.

Knowledgeable, apparently friendly and helpful to all clients who were there, explains the process, easy to get an appointment, tax preparer James Kendry takes the time to work thoroughly, staff interacts positively, very efficient, offers discounts, no gimmicks, a comfortable and clean space, staff interacts with staff support for complicated questions, relatively quick turnaround, seem to exhibit integrity, which I think is a Jackson Hewitt hallmark.
