Stay FAR away! We ordered a trampoline less than a year ago- storm destroyed the net. Contacted them to buy a new one only to be told they don’t stock the nets or poles for that trampoline anymore and will not be restocking them- offered zero other options or support. As one who works in healthcare and has seen trampoline injuries from falling off- this is incredibly unsafe and irresponsible to sell trampolines without any options of protection. We’ve been left searching for a new company for a net for MONTHS and no success because no other net fits this specific trampoline. Do not purchase from this company, you’ll get absolutely no support past a one time purchase.

Recommend you stay away from this company. The trampoline does not come with enough rope to secure the netting to the frame, a clear safety issue. However, when you email the company to send more rope, a more than reasonable request, you are directed to buy their overpriced rope from their website. After spending over $200 for a trampoline, I'm floored that a company in this day and age could be so tone deaf to the customer. I truly regret buying this product and giving them my money.

Now I would like to leave a review for the customer service I received. It was kind of a headache to get the pictures sent and all the info they require. Yet when it came Down to getting my replacement items, the very next day from jump king, and they sent everything that I had an issue with. I got replacement springs for the ones that got stretched out, a new jump pad, a new spring cover, and a new safety net. A big 5 star review for Ana DLC on her superb customer service and a thank you to jump king for replacing the dysfunctional parts. I wish I could have left a better review for the quality of the trampoline.
