Could be somewhat cleaner. I've previously stated a stores and restaurants entry sets the tone for me. If it's dirty or smelly, why would I want the food?? Several of the stores around the area cold do better with cleaning.

Although this Kroger spent money on renovations and making the store look nicer, after a avid shopper there, I don't have time to look for relocated items. It's frustrating. Not good make your customers frustrated. I have noticed since the renovation, that produce is even worst than it was before. I see moldy and rotten produce every visit. Today, not one shopping cart indoor for me to grab. I saw a broken spaghetti sauce jar on the floor. An employee must had put the caution sign in front of it, but the sauce was already dried, indicating that it may have been there for hours. I have found expired food on the shelves. So, y'all check the dates!!! Especially fresh food. I saw several gallon of organic milks expired. They blamed it on the guy that wasn't there. Baking items like peppermint extract and other extracts were expired pre COVID. Dirty and messy isles. I can understand if short staffed, but that only means that the managers kick in high gear and therefore the employees as well. But, no, they were all working causally taking their time. Registers and bag boys. Didn't see any employee isle checking or saying hello. This location has gone down big time. Even though it's the closest grocery store near me, I don't want to reinforce the lack of mgmt. I'll go to Tom Thumb just down the road. Always fresh and friendly. I feel like they care that my produce is fresh, especially the bags of multiple produce. Always clean and tidy, and I know where to find things and not spend extra time there searching back and forth. Please get new mgmt that cares 100% all around. Long term short staff is a key of lousy mgmt.

I went to this Kroger twice. There is this older lady working there she's very rude. She will be yelling at people because she doesn't want to do her job. She is very aggressive and loud. I had a horrible experience at this Kroger and feel and am traumatized by this lady. I will be going there afina to make sure I report her to the manager if she acts aggressive or yells at me

Went to Kroger in Addison on May 20, 2022. Guy with long black hair working the first register was very rude and not customer service friendly! I will not be going back to that location. I shop there every day and I was very disappointed with the service! Groceries are already expensive the least we could get is great service.

Two registers open 30 to 40 people in line behind each register all the way to the cold food in the back of the store. Management is nowhere to be found much less did they open up a single other register. The produce is terrible! The Cody's coolers are way too cold things are frozen the cauliflower has mold on it sitting in the cooler. Don't waste your time coming to this store!

Can someone from Kroger corporate please bump this store up on the list for renovations?!? This is a great location for a grocery store with really only Target close by and a Tom Thumb down the road. But my GOD this store is gross and old. Please clean the store out and update it.

Taha Quereshi needs to be let go before I will spend a dollar here. I spend a dollar more at this store. I have family that works at a different Kroger. Will always spend my money to get the best food from Kroger, but I will not spend my money here and will go to the one on Old Denton and will continue to do so until Kroger releases a statement

This is either the assistant manager or Manager of this location. And this coward is a disgusting POS mistreating, belittling, humiliating his own employee. I (loved )Kroger until I witnessed this today. This so call management was upset because the store looked dirty or the trash has yet to be taken out so what does this man do to handle the situation?! He belittles, name calls, curses & verbally abuses the older woman employee. Then laughs it off as she walks away en side he feels so powerful to do so. Iknow since he had the balls to tell her "WHAT?! What are you going to do about it?!". This is AFTER the fact he shared a couple of ugly statements to her such as : "What that hell, it's a mess. Clean that s*** up" "What?! What are you gonna do?! I don't give a s*** about you" *chuckles laughs "Hurry the f*** up" "Do your damn job" "I don't give a f**** "What are you gonna do about it"? If this doesn't sound like a misogynistic coward idk what does. All I know is this little boy needs to get off his high horse who is so call "managing" a grocery store which personally isn't managing ****. All he is doing is abusing his power and is letting this Manager title get to his head. He is a nobody and is not entitled to treat anyone especially that Poor older Hispanic woman the way he did. She is old enough to be my mother and my kids grandmother. She deserves better, and to be able to be treated with respect. This little boy has got to go!!!!!!! Kroger do a better job protecting your employees from people like this. This location sets their standards low and it shows with the action I've seen here today. This is just sad you could allow this type of behavior happen and continue to happen. Im extremely disturbed and wish for justice for this poor employee. I much rather go to to the Coppel location where I know they would never ever mistreat the olde woman like this much less knowing their in the special needs program. This man is DISGUSTING!

It’s ridiculous how your manager Taha qureshi treats its employees and publicly ridicules and bullies them especially a certain Hispanic female employee. In front of clients and employees he talks down, bullied her and said curse words to her like hurry the f*** up and clean this s*** up and i don’t give a f**** what are you gonna do about it. Not one will stand up for her but I sure will! The worse part is the employees say he always does that to her and talks to her that way!!

Let me preface this by stating...(I worked for Kroger in 2 different states off and on for over 6yrs. So I'm well aware of the standards they expect)...AND THIS AINT IT. Purchased meat today, got it home, expires in 3 days. No wonder it was discounted so much. That's my bad. With that being said, the reviews before mine are ALL true. But mine will reveal a little tidbit. Find someone else to run U-Scan. Sharon is not it. Neither is the young white male that smokes outside the entry that you have to chase down to get assistance from. One night he just blatantly told me to "yell if I need something, he's taking a smoke"! Yo...?! But let's get back to Sharon. Whom clearly doesn't know how to mind the business that pays her or how to accurately manage her performance as an employee. 1st....your mask goes over your mouth AND your Nose, Sharon. Why have I reiterated this to you multiple times, you ask? Because as someone who requires 2 masks to be amongst the living. I shouldn't have to back away from you while you're assisting me because you refuse to accurately wear your PPE. Next, when she's not running her chops w/ the other baggers, she's wandering off to stand in random spots while you wait upon her leisurely return. When she needs to see your device, she demands to touch it to find the expiration date. Then when you point directly at it, she gets even closer. Find Sharon something else to do that doesn't require human contact. Open up some more lanes. Figure out how to accurately cut self check down to where we aren't all waiting at least 20 mins, and the line leads back to produce. There's one bright spot at this location...there's an older, Caucasian female. I want to say her name is Elyce or Elain. She works U Scan a few nights that I've come in. She's the most pleasant, helpful and attentive employee they have in this entire location. They ran off the people I liked in the Meat/Seafood dept. I was offered a position in this district and this location specifically. I'm glad I turned an already throbbing headache away. Ayo.. Sharon, let's do better, yeah?!
