For such a large servicing pharmacy... This pharmacy goes above and beyond what other typical city pharmacies will not. They check stock, prices, discount options, insurance options, upon drop off and also discusses pros and cons of specific medications, etc. This pharmacy rocks! Every employee is super helpful and tentative to the patient's needs. I sincerely appreciate this pharmacy!

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for a customer to dissolve the medical affiliations which have connected them with one pharmacy, and to seek, among the powers of the earth, the attentive customer care to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them at another pharmacy, a decent respect to the opinions of other customers requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to seek all of their prescriptions from Kroger. In such a time as this, there are certain people who stand out in the world. Exemplary individuals who are willing to fight injustice, champion the rights of the oppressed, and tolerate my babbling and bumbling. In a fortuitous gift of inestimable worth for our community, it just so happens that the Kroger Pharmacy of Addison, TX has within its hallowed halls a hero of majestic stature and uplifting empathy; a man of inspiring courage and aptitude, here to swoop in and save the day at a moment's notice: Razi The Pharmacist. When I meditate upon the great privilege of being rescued by Razi from a plethora of calamities, usually of my own making, certain words stand out. Bold. Courageous. Daring. Epic. Fearless. Gallant. Grand. Gutsy. Noble. VALIANT. If Razi were a king of Narnia, he would out-magnificent King Peter the Magnificent. If he were president of the United States, there would be world peace. If he starred on The Bachelor, the women of the world would swoon at the mere thought of his pharmacological prowess.Razi may not be the hero that Addison needs (he has yet to fix the traffic on Beltline Road, Heaven help us all), nor is a hero of his impressive splenditude one that we could ever hope to deserve. He is far greater than that. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.God bless Razi and God bless America.

Jeremy was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule and assist the checkout process. Jeremy and workers like him are the backbone to America's economy. Definitely deserves a raise to Jeremy.Last night, I was doing a much-needed grocery run( been busy past weeks). I ended up getting a full shopping cart worth of groceries. All cashiers stations were shut down for the night, and I didn't want the task of ringing a full cart in self checkout.

Pharmacy - 4 people working and only one register open with a line forming . An hour after they're done with lunch. Come on!

Would not recommend using kroger’s pharmacy. Most of the employees are curt and not helpful, it might be because they are understaffed but that still doesn’t excuse poor customer service. Medication prices are a little more competitive here but half the time their systems are “down” so you can’t use goodrx etc. I have 2 different accounts here due to a name change and I don’t get any RX notifications and can’t access my information online and nobody has been able to help. I’ve asked for help in person and online for the past 6 months and I’ve been directed to like 10 different departments and they can’t seem to merge my account whereas CVS did it automatically when I had a prescription sent under my new name. So I have to call them to check to see if my prescription is ready to pick up. Overall not a great experience

Be careful using pharmacist Razi. He is unprofessional. He yelled at me while I was trying to pick up my medication when I had covid. He never had heard of daytime and night time cough meds being called in together. He then left a rude handwritten note on my rx when I picked it up which was scary. I then had my rx transferred due to ins change and he deleted my husbands profile without permission. He has different ins and needed an urgent refill of his heart meds and recently had heart stents. He is vindictive and careless with patients medication per the above. BE CAREFUL.

Well this Kroger definitely needs some management help. This store is poorly ran and hope that they catch on quick. Last week no carts and I had to grab my own along with 3 other people as well. I worked at Kroger as a kid and had to get carts and bag groceries, but now as a customer there's no cashiers so we get to do that saving your guys some labor. Yeah I work for you for free. Then as customers, we have to get our own carts. I'm capable without a problem but your guys are providing the service and lacking in the customer service department. I'm sure you get complaints but you guys work there not the customers. Thanks. On to the next.

Could be somewhat cleaner. I've previously stated a stores and restaurants entry sets the tone for me. If it's dirty or smelly, why would I want the food?? Several of the stores around the area cold do better with cleaning.

Although this Kroger spent money on renovations and making the store look nicer, after a avid shopper there, I don't have time to look for relocated items. It's frustrating. Not good make your customers frustrated. I have noticed since the renovation, that produce is even worst than it was before. I see moldy and rotten produce every visit. Today, not one shopping cart indoor for me to grab. I saw a broken spaghetti sauce jar on the floor. An employee must had put the caution sign in front of it, but the sauce was already dried, indicating that it may have been there for hours. I have found expired food on the shelves. So, y'all check the dates!!! Especially fresh food. I saw several gallon of organic milks expired. They blamed it on the guy that wasn't there. Baking items like peppermint extract and other extracts were expired pre COVID. Dirty and messy isles. I can understand if short staffed, but that only means that the managers kick in high gear and therefore the employees as well. But, no, they were all working causally taking their time. Registers and bag boys. Didn't see any employee isle checking or saying hello. This location has gone down big time. Even though it's the closest grocery store near me, I don't want to reinforce the lack of mgmt. I'll go to Tom Thumb just down the road. Always fresh and friendly. I feel like they care that my produce is fresh, especially the bags of multiple produce. Always clean and tidy, and I know where to find things and not spend extra time there searching back and forth. Please get new mgmt that cares 100% all around. Long term short staff is a key of lousy mgmt.

I have been gong to this Pharmacy for a while now and I never had such a rude and unprofessional tech helping me. First he had a face like he wasn't happy to be there and he wasn't happy that he had to help me, he asked "Are you here to pick up something??? Really? Yes Im here to pick up prescription why kind of question is that? He had an attitude all the time I was there and not even a thank you.... Unbelievable! Hey Pharmacy Manager send VINH to an intense customer service training because he is not the right person to be at this pharmacy to help people that are sick and in pain and on top of that we have to put up with a person that is not happy there and has an attitude . So whos fault is that?

I went to this Kroger twice. There is this older lady working there she's very rude. She will be yelling at people because she doesn't want to do her job. She is very aggressive and loud. I had a horrible experience at this Kroger and feel and am traumatized by this lady. I will be going there afina to make sure I report her to the manager if she acts aggressive or yells at me

Be careful shopping at the Kroger Pharmacy at Beltline and Marsh. They don't accept GoodRx coupons. GoodRx show the prescription $47 they charged me $70. Just imagine how the ripping off the elderly people that don't understand how to use the apps. I'm a few days out from having a total knee replacement and the pain medication they supposedly ordered never came in. I never received a phone call from them telling me they couldn't get it. I believe the store is run by a bunch of kindergarteners!

I’ve been very happy with this pharmacy! Not only are they very thorough in making you understand interactions, what to expect while taking the drug, they also help you find the cheapest way to buy your prescription! Now I use a mix of my insurance, Good Rx, as well as a manufacturer discount I would not even have known about! The app is amazing for tracking when medications are eligible for refill & when you need to request an expired or empty script, notify the pharmacy via app and they handle it for you. You can prepay to shorten your time at the store. The only improvement I could suggest is stocking medication they can expect will be filled-I get the same items every month bit regularly there are 2 that they must order. Could be pandemic shortage related so not knocking my rating for that.Very helpful, professional, cheerful staff even in the face of some pretty impatient customers I’ve seen. I’m happy I changed to this pharmacy.P.S. Please be nice, people.

Can someone from Kroger corporate please bump this store up on the list for renovations?!? This is a great location for a grocery store with really only Target close by and a Tom Thumb down the road. But my GOD this store is gross and old. Please clean the store out and update it.

I use to come here all the time but the last 3 months, there hasn't been a deli person. I hate going some where else but i guess i will.
