Two registers open 30 to 40 people in line behind each register all the way to the cold food in the back of the store. Management is nowhere to be found much less did they open up a single other register. The produce is terrible! The Cody's coolers are way too cold things are frozen the cauliflower has mold on it sitting in the cooler. Don't waste your time coming to this store!

Can someone from Kroger corporate please bump this store up on the list for renovations?!? This is a great location for a grocery store with really only Target close by and a Tom Thumb down the road. But my GOD this store is gross and old. Please clean the store out and update it.

One of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Spent lots more money on the products I was buying because all of the tags were out of date (or must have been) and my cashier wouldn't even acknowledge there was a sales tag on any of the items. Customer service was also closed, so there was no way to fix it. I will never go here again, and would recommend against it for anyone else.

I use to come here all the time but the last 3 months, there hasn't been a deli person. I hate going some where else but i guess i will.

This is either the assistant manager or Manager of this location. And this coward is a disgusting POS mistreating, belittling, humiliating his own employee. I (loved )Kroger until I witnessed this today. This so call management was upset because the store looked dirty or the trash has yet to be taken out so what does this man do to handle the situation?! He belittles, name calls, curses & verbally abuses the older woman employee. Then laughs it off as she walks away en side he feels so powerful to do so. Iknow since he had the balls to tell her "WHAT?! What are you going to do about it?!". This is AFTER the fact he shared a couple of ugly statements to her such as : "What that hell, it's a mess. Clean that shit up" "What?! What are you gonna do?! I don't give a shit about you" *chuckles laughs "Hurry the fuck up" "Do your damn job" "I don't give a fuck" "What are you gonna do about it"? If this doesn't sound like a misogynistic coward idk what does. All I know is this little boy needs to get off his high horse who is so call "managing" a grocery store which personally isn't managing ****. All he is doing is abusing his power and is letting this Manager title get to his head. He is a nobody and is not entitled to treat anyone especially that Poor older Hispanic woman the way he did. She is old enough to be my mother and my kids grandmother. She deserves better, and to be able to be treated with respect. This little boy has got to go!!!!!!! Kroger do a better job protecting your employees from people like this. This location sets their standards low and it shows with the action I've seen here today. This is just sad you could allow this type of behavior happen and continue to happen. Im extremely disturbed and wish for justice for this poor employee. I much rather go to to the Coppel location where I know they would never ever mistreat the olde woman like this much less knowing their in the special needs program. This man is DISGUSTING!

Let me preface this by stating...(I worked for Kroger in 2 different states off and on for over 6yrs. So I'm well aware of the standards they expect)...AND THIS AINT IT. Purchased meat today, got it home, expires in 3 days. No wonder it was discounted so much. That's my bad. With that being said, the reviews before mine are ALL true. But mine will reveal a little tidbit. Find someone else to run U-Scan. Sharon is not it. Neither is the young white male that smokes outside the entry that you have to chase down to get assistance from. One night he just blatantly told me to "yell if I need something, he's taking a smoke"! Yo...?! But let's get back to Sharon. Whom clearly doesn't know how to mind the business that pays her or how to accurately manage her performance as an employee. 1st....your mask goes over your mouth AND your Nose, Sharon. Why have I reiterated this to you multiple times, you ask? Because as someone who requires 2 masks to be amongst the living. I shouldn't have to back away from you while you're assisting me because you refuse to accurately wear your PPE. Next, when she's not running her chops w/ the other baggers, she's wandering off to stand in random spots while you wait upon her leisurely return. When she needs to see your device, she demands to touch it to find the expiration date. Then when you point directly at it, she gets even closer. Find Sharon something else to do that doesn't require human contact. Open up some more lanes. Figure out how to accurately cut self check down to where we aren't all waiting at least 20 mins, and the line leads back to produce. There's one bright spot at this location...there's an older, Caucasian female. I want to say her name is Elyce or Elain. She works U Scan a few nights that I've come in. She's the most pleasant, helpful and attentive employee they have in this entire location. They ran off the people I liked in the Meat/Seafood dept. I was offered a position in this district and this location specifically. I'm glad I turned an already throbbing headache away. Ayo.. Sharon, let's do better, yeah?!

Purchased a lemon for 89 cents and charged to my American Express card. While in parking lot I saw on app that $1.89 was charged instead. Went back inside and spent 8 minutes waiting in line at customer service only to be told this was an issue I should take up with the credit card. I pointed out that the receipt was barely legible & asked ____ to print me a better looking one so I can dispute with American Express. She gave me $1 just to get rid of me.

This Pharmacy has had some changes recently and thankfully a new Pharmacist has taken over. This is a positive move as in the past I've had issues with lackadaisical service. Admittedly, I took out my frustration with the new Pharmacist, but he held his composure and fixed an issue. Hopping for improvement here under new management.

This is the junkiest, dirtiest Kroger I have ever been in! Looks like Ross where product is thrown just anywhere! Maybe needs new management??

We have been shopping at the Addison Kroger off and on for many years, and even though the store and parking lot are both a bit crowded, we overlook it because this is the location that is closest to us, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. We decided to do a pick up order yesterday, and that was a really bad experience. My husband went to pick up the order, and the girl was back and forth into the store. She took my husband's debit card, then came out saying she needed his pin #. The same with another card we were using. After a long wait, and lots of confusion, my husband was able to head home with our groceries, including ice cream, in tow. I had asked for no substitutions, but evidently they didn't care. It's like they just grabbed whatever was in the vicinity of the item I wanted. Not only that, all of our groceries felt like they were covered with a sticky lotion. I'm not sure what that could have been. My husband went back to the store to complain to the manager, who gave him a $15.00 credit. We won't ever do a pick up order with Kroger ever again. We'll stick with Walmart, as much as I don't care for them in general. Their ordering process is much smoother, and their app is much more user friendly.

Customer service here always amazing, especially from Mr. Garza and the young lady working self checkout this morning. They quickly helped me when I broke a potted plant and the workers were very helpful
