I am so sad I had a terrible experience here. Gopal was friendly in person and amiable over telephone and email, however, what I received as the end product was a) not what we discussed over email (I asked for 5x7’s, he gave me 4x6’s and then without having mentioned it once said he originally quoted me for 4x6’s when the entire time we spoke of 5x7’s) and b) was cut so crooked the product was embarrassing to use. I attempted to get a new set of cards but his hours were so short and random because of the COVID19 pandemic I was unable to (I am a stay at home mom). I would have to sit and correct each card, which would take hours, because they are so crooked. I am editing the worst ones and using what I can— but what I received and how I received it has convinced me to never use Kwik Kopy Addison ever again!

Decided to skip on Print Place and FedEx for some invitation printing. I stopped here at Kwik Kopy instead and I could not be happier. Great customer service. I was in and out quickly. (I had my file ready to go. Sort of...)

GLORY HANDS FOR KWIK KOPY!! (Disclaimer- I only write reviews when something exceeds or falls really short of expectations)... We use KKP for all of our company business card needs & have always been pleased with the communication, design, proofing, turnaround time, delivery- you name it. To be fair, I haven't worked with another company for these needs, so I don't know anything different- but today they came to my rescue and knocked it out of the park and reminded me that they are probably exceeding expectations in their "business arena" so I wanted to remind everyone out there to USE THEM! My boss called from out of state while taking meetings and gave me one hour needed 3 new business cards drafted and sent to a Kinko's for printing and ready to pick up in an hour....so after attempting & quickly realizing I didn't have the time or the skill to draft & design new cards, I called KKP and they quickly answered (no long, annoying recording), listened to my panicked request, & assured me they could get proofs drawn up for me and sent over. They kept me posted during the process, got it to me within the hour & I was able to get everything sent off. Definitely a "work-lifesaver" moment. Thank you!
