Maya did a horrible job on my nails. I asked for a simple pink almond dip on my real nails, no extra design (even sent her a picture of the color) and she still managed to mess that up. She was filing my nails at the same time reading text messages on her phone. Would get up in the middle of doing my nails to start another customers nails. When i asked her if she could fix them, she just refunded me back $15. The place is dirty and could use a deep clean. It was my first time there and my last.

Horrible customer service! The shop was completely empty with no customers and I felt as coming in there was a bother to the two ladies. They didn't even greet me. So, I left. After reading most of the reviews... I made a wise decision!

I just have a question. Are they already including the tip into the total? I didn't get long nails, no design. 1 solid color for dip. I got charged $15 titled as a tip for both my mani and pedi. I did get tips on my mani which an additional $5 dollars was added. So the tip for $15 on both mani and pedi is throwing me off. I tipped an additional $30 on top of that. So is gratuity already included? Outside of this, I always love going here. But it's a bit steep for something extremely basic.

Several times during past visits, L.A. Nails hurt my mom while doing her nails, so of course she said something. This particular time, my mom went to get her nails done, the manager sees her as soon as she walked in the door, and said, “Oh it’s you! You cause trouble every time you come in here. Always difficult.” So, my mom proceeded to say, “Don’t worry, this IS the last time you’ll see me…and my usual 20% tip.” So rude AND not too good at your craft?! Yeah, I’d pass on going here if I were you.

I felt very unwelcome here. Me and another friend are black and soon as we walked in the lady said we are busy and don’t have time. There were three people standing around in the back doing nothing but talking. I sat in my car and watched a white woman walk in after me and she was served. They don’t like black people so do not go there!

Myself the Bride and two of my brides maids came to this location it was absolutely ridiculous! Ruined our whole day! Please save your money and go somewhere else! We left after being there 2hours , and went some where else. Their employees are rude as hell and prices are outrageous ! The only thing about this place is ceiling light ?♀️ certificates on the wall definitely aren’t the people who are doing your nails, feet they had a couple teenagers as well but definitely we’re underage’

bad experience, the staff is intolerant and never laughs in your face, especially a woman with short hair. She doesn't care about your hand, she pulls her badly at her as if it were something inanimate. They are not organized in time.
