The Customer Service Was Horrible. I Was Given The Wrong Food Item Then When I Went Back They Told Me It Was Nothing That Can’t Be Done & I Can’t Get My Money Back. Also Called & No One Answers The Phone Here, What’s The Point Of Even Having A Phone .When Asked For A Name, She Wouldn’t Give It To Me, Then When Asked For A Manager, She Said She Was The Manager, Then When I Didn’t Leave, She Said Let Me Call My Manager !! All Over A 10 PC Chicken Nugget . Just A Lost A Customer Today, Never Coming Back To This Location

McDonald's has lost my business. Do us Americans a favor hire someone who speaks English there should some type of rules and regulations for the discrimination of race when you walk in this location very very racist. The employee refused to give a mobile order and then walked off and left the order sitting there ignoring me and then going to service s Mexican instead

I pulled up through the drive through to place an order and was greeted by a young man asking if I was ordering of the app?? Really? I pulled up in the rain to place an order after getting it off work. I told him that I pulled up to place an order not to go through the app. He tells me that that's how some people were ordering so I just drove off. This location I have had issues with but this is ridiculous.

I came by here at 11pm and ordered a shamrock Oreo McFlurry and was told that “they don’t do that” as I’m looking at the advertisement on their drive thru menu. Instead they do the shamrock milkshake with Oreo topping? Which sounds to me you have the all the ingredients to make a shamrock Oreo McFlurry and just didn’t feel like it? I know the menu switches over at 12am and it’s just certain items but like I said it was 11pm. Not sure what is wrong with these workers you’re getting paid to do a job? If you don’t want to make a shamrock Oreo McFlurry at 11pm maybe you should look into a new career?
