“I have trouble trusting online reviews but I must write this review because we are very grateful for the experience we had with Mark and Dawn. We didn't use a real estate agent and when Mark sent updates of our process and which phase we were in, that helped us so much to know we were on track. Both of them were very responsive and quickly answered our questions and responded to our emails and texts. You almost feel like you are top priority for them; we really felt like that.
