“I have trouble trusting online reviews but I must write this review because we are very grateful for the experience we had with Mark and Dawn. We didn't use a real estate agent and when Mark sent updates of our process and which phase we were in, that helped us so much to know we were on track. Both of them were very responsive and quickly answered our questions and responded to our emails and texts. You almost feel like you are top priority for them; we really felt like that.

“An amazing lender to work with. Super professional, doesn't get better than this. I particularly loved the candid conversations I had with Dan Fullrich. So much so that I would ask him questions which had nothing to with the mortgage, just to get his opinion. I'm buying a home in the US for the first time and was starting with a fresh slate. As far as processing the loan, Drew was super nice to work with. The whole process was completed in less than 10 calendar days. And as far as the interest rates go, they are super competent. That's how I discovered them! Highly recommended.
Update: We refinanced our loan in 11 months, given the falling interest rates. Once again Daniel and team were super awesome to work with. I stick to my recommendation!
Update 2: We refinanced again, given how low the rates have gone. These guys are so popular now, they were heavily backed up for the underwriting. It took time, but was well worth the wait.
Update 3: We used them again for a new property - this time they helped us in closing the property in record time. Absolutely dependable.
Update 4: We used D&H again to close our latest primary residence. This time we were dealing with a relocation company that was representing the sellers, which added to the complexity, yet Daniel, Drew and Jessica did a phenomenal job to close in record time!”
