Very simple/plain room but clean
Only negative would be rude front desk staff.
Plus one wash cloth, one hand towel and a bath towel the size for a toddler.
Positive: no roaches, quiet and away from street traffic. I would probably stay here again.

We were there for barely an hour the morning of August 18th when I laid my head down on the pillow to go to sleep the second the lights turned off roaches started crawling all over us. We took pictures and showed the receptionist. He was very rude and refused to give us a refund. He said the best he could do is give us another room. Also filled with Roaches. terrible. never going back. Do not recommend. Call the health department.

The staff here have been very friendly and welcoming since the first day of checking in. The rooms are very spacious and housekeeping is quick.

This review is based off of $50.00 a night. It was clean and had a great clean swimming pool. No bugs found in my room and it smelled clean, as for some of the long term guest they was quiet. You can't expect much for 50 dollars in a motel. The fact it was clean and had a 7ft "clean swimming pool was amazing. Blew my mind ?

Had a very nice PNP session with several guys. Location was located in the area where a large number of people who are interested in hooking up reside. There's plenty of dining and late night entertainment spots in the vicinity. Quiet simple to navigate to the motel and easy access to highways and major thoroughfares.
Rooms: Stayed in what I thought could have been a double queen bed room. It had one King bed mattress that quite new sitting on a stable platform. Two end tables, one very cold and well kept fridge, a few open faced shelving units and one of the units had 4 drawers. Plumbing fixtures modern with more than enough countertop surface for the guys to gather around to prepare drinks and snacks as they watched the performance on display. Flooring is nice and cleaned up well.
Safety: Didn't seem to be an issue with the many people that were coming and going all afternoon and throughout the night.
Noteworthy details: Water pressure very low and the HVAC units were in need of a paint. I believe that there wasn't adequate sound proofing in the walls. We supplied music and around 10pm we had to adjust the volume down a couple of notches due to a handful of guests that were concerned about the low rumble noise seeping through the block walls. This didn't have any negatives for the sessions or the free for all tops midnight dump and bottoms up hour.

One of the most unsanitary hotels I had ever slept in. Staff was very unhelpful and showed lack of effort to accommodate me with a handicapped accessible room. This hotel has never had a ROACH INFESTATION until 2024, I saw a roach crawl on the TV screen I ignored it until I saw one also dead by the refrigerator door! I thought it was a water bug until I used the restroom and saw a mom and baby roach these are the pictures of proof below!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This is one of the best managed Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. I have been on business for two weeks and everyone from the office to housekeeping staff and maintenance have been awesome. Maintenance even responded one night at midnight to fix a door key situation that left us stranded. They are always prompt, courteous and helpful to ensure the stay is the best. Great location. Very clean. Beautiful pool. I highly recommend from one night to an extended stay Motel 6 Addison on Beltline Rd. Customer for life.
Rooms: Spacious and clean. Sound proof
Nearby activities: Addison circle lots to do. Belt Line rd as well.
Safety: Addison finest always patrolling as well as private security.
Walkability: Very walkable to nearby attractions and restaurants
Food & drinks: Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. Nice vending machines in main office
